Persis Premium Baklava Bourma Pistachio - 16pcs

Comes in a medium to largish box, well packages, could slightly be packed further...but arrived perfectly in place and unbroken.The bourma is an incredible and delicate texture of angel hair noodles, roasted all the way through, the syrup makes it sweet but not overly so, eliminating the uncomfortable aftertaste.The fat or butter used seem to have made the baklawa soft and delicious, and not greesy or bloating at all, its actually pretty light and tasty.The pistachios, is mixture of whole and crushed, mostly fresh, but perfectly acceptable for the price, as fresher (2 or less day old) bourmas would cost a little more. And crumbles when handled. This one however is a little more solid which makes it easier to handle.This is my favorite type of sweets, nothing compares to a sweet delicious bourma baklawa, and happy to buy this version again soon, maybe when hosting a party. Mind you, 1KG feeds 32 people as each piece can be broken into 2, otherwise it maybe be too calorific!Deffinitly a recommended buy.
