Game Boy Color - Kiwi [video game]

Received my GameBoy on time. There are some scratches on the screen but that’s to be expected from a used console. The rubber select and start buttons are ripped a bit, but nothing to be upset about, as the buttons still work fine. The console was a little dirty when I received it, but 5 minutes and a couple baby wipes fixed that. But it runs games great. No problems with how it works Honestly I was expecting it to be in much worse condition so this was great. My only problems were cosmetic and an easy fix

Works perfectly !! Definitely feels like a blast from the past ! I purchased this gameboy color through “Vintage Games & More”. I would definitely recommend their store if your looking for old systems on Amazon. I was skeptical but it came a day early and worked just perfectly! Even has a new screen Definitely worth the buy !

I was skeptical of buying a used game boy color because I have seen how some people have treated this system, and it is not as kindly as I have babied mine throughout its 15 years on this earth. Once I received this product, I put batteries in it and it didn't turn on, so of course I thought I was scammed. After another minute or two of swapping batteries in and out of it, it turned on and now I have no issues. Now I can traded all of the pokemon I want from Red to Silver and vice versa!

I have had almost every model of gameboy Nintendo had put out. The big gray one I barely remember as mine was stolen by a cousin when I was barley old enough to hold one, but I played my dads and brothers often before I got the pocket for christmas(still very young, no older than 8) but though I took care of it the system fell off my nightstand and broke(the nightstand was no more than two feet) Finally a few years later I was given the grape gameboy color. The batteries were cheap and the game system had been through the washer a few times dropped on concrete many many times had Dr. Pepper spilled on it and still works. The SP is the only system that went close to the same ware and not break. My DS died at a Dr.Pepper exploding in my purse and my Dsi has been handle most carefully after. The game boy color is nearly indistinguishable in my day and I still use my color because of road trips to a hospital in Dallas and not having to bring a charger but a $1 pack of AA and not have to worry about being board while waiting for the huge hospital to catch up. The lack of back light isn't a problem but then again I was born the year the first edition hit the shelves, and have grown up with out such convinces. I recommend the game boy color for young users but old timers probably should go with the SP.

Bought from CAVE GAMERS. I got this as a Father’s Day gift and it’s permanently STAINED from someones grubby fingers.. nice! “Happy Father’s Day here’s a filthy looking gameboy color...” omg so embarrassing.. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I don’t even know what to do. This shouldn’t even have been listed as “used -very good condition” I certainly didn’t expect imperfections like this. Minor nicks, maybe, sure. But this isn’t minor.. who wants to be looking at something that’s “brand new” to them, but it looks like someone played in dirt before boxing it?? This is “good condition” at best. I’m very disappointed

Granted, i can't really fault a 24 year old refurbished product from being completely perfect, so be aware there are a few blemishes, and the screen mildly pops out (very slight). The GameBoy functions beautifully, powered up and plays all my old games just like my original had when i was young. It has made me happy and i'm glad i have a GBC again

This is the best system that they did come out with beside's the GBA and GBA SP and technically the original game boy advance really wasn't all that great it was just a spin off of the game boy color the only difference smaller games the GBA SP is pretty good back light on screen and charger that plugs in to my wall yeah it's nice but it doesn't quite have the same old feeling I get when I play the game boy color the GBC bring's back a lot of good old memories excellent games for that system even when I look here or at gamestop or electronic boutiques I alway ask for the older games you just can't beat old school no matter how hard you try yeah some of the newer game's are alright but I still like old school games nothing beats them better the GBC is exactly like the GBA SP only the GBC doesn't fold and doesn't have the smaller games that's the only difference and the GBC does have a charger that can plug in to the wall because I looked into it on this website: [...].

The gameboy works great and it was accurately described. It was shipped on time, but not as fast as expected. The description also led me to believe that there would be other things coming along with the system (cable, case, and two games). None of which ever came. He was apologetic for the mix up and stated he never intended for those to be a part of the sale process, but he did offer to refund the transaction. I would strongly suggest that you send this person an email to find out what you're actually buying before you purchase something.

On voit bien que la game boy est d'occasion mais ce n'est pas du tout gênant, elle est en très bon état ! De plus elle fonctionne très bien. J'ai été agréablement surpris par le petit mot "Merci" en français avec le smiley accompagné d'un bonbon japonais, ce peuple tiens bien son image de personnes gentilles chaleureuses et bienveillantes, merci ! This Gameboy looks and works amazing. I will be buying more consoles from seller again.

Working without a problem, came clean without any issues. Using it with my old Pokemon blue game, feels nostalgic. Would def recommend, as it came sooner than expected too!!
