I wholeheartedly agree with every reviewer that indicated these are HUGE tablets. I thought I'd bite the tablet in half and swallow half at a time. To my surprise, these tablets are quite soft inside. three bites, and there was nothing left of the half tablet - and that's how I take them. I usually have a piece of fruit for morning snack, so I chew them up with fruit to mask the taste. I've had a lot of issues with stomach pain in the past when taking a calcium/magnesium supplement, even when taking the supplement with food. These do not set off my healing ulcer.I had to look long and hard to find a calcium/magnesium supplement that met my requirement for my bones. To my delight this tablet also has silica and boron which are necessary for bone health. The label is hard to read on the Amazon site, so I took a screenshot from Country Life's website. I hope that Country Life continues making these tablets. I've looked at their capsules, and the "serving size" is 5 capsules. The serving on these is only 2. That's another thing I love about them. Twice a day, and I'm done taking supplements.

This product is great. I use it every day.

My Wife is allergic to some of the B Vitamins and cannot take a Daily. Much of what is in this can be found in most daily vitamins. Be careful to not over take these if you are using a daily.

I have used this for years, but now have switched to the country life total mins in the capsules that now contain vitamin d with boron. I have to take more, but I feel it is more absorbable and easier to swollow than a LARGE tablet that is compressed with heat. Country life makes a good mineral supplement that is on a protein carrier so the body can utilize it. Other brands' minerals are inorganic and the body can't utilize it and it just clogs the body. Try the new one.

I feel this basically a good product. I have been taking Country Life vitamins for years, so when I needed a mineral supplement I turned to this trusted brand. The dosing is two pills a day, but these pills are HUGE. I have never had a problem swallowing large pills, but I have choked on these so many times now that I am afraid to take them. I have had to crush them and mix them with applesauce or yogurt to get them down. So beware, if you have any problem swallowing pills, do not buy this version of the minerals. There is another version in capsule form which requires 5 capsules a day, but I think it will be easier to swallow.

The product I need and want is country life total mins target mins with iron. It is the most balanced product for my needs. Can't get so using the similar? ??product until what I need becomes available again.

Excellent multi mineral. Wish I had started to take these years ago. Start early ladies, we simply don't get enough minerals from our food. You will be glad you did.

Buy them on the advice of my doctor years ago. Survey ratings do not make much sense in regard to a product like this one.
