How to replace the head light adjuster
Got it and do what I can do to replace the adjuster because I have to heat the head light due to the cement compound that was used to seal it

Won’t work without modification.
The screw holes cast in this piece are too big, and the adjuster screw just slides in freely. This is the up and down adjuster, so once assembled the elevation of the lights will not be able to be adjusted. The problem existed on both up and down adjusters. The part needs to be redesigned with a smaller hole for the threaded screw. The other adjuster included (left/right adjuster) works perfectly.

Not only are the adjusters too big to thread on, I ordered 3 pairs, and was still missing 2 pieces
Hole is oversized, adjustment threads won’t even bite on the smaller adjuster. 97 528i with halogen

It's okay for what it is but it is definitely not OEM and has major flaws.
It's ok. The up/down adjuster thread is non-existent. Putting it in the screw just went through. I don't think there were any threads at all which makes this part useless and unadjustable. Both parts (left/right and up/down) needed some shaving because the plastics are too thick.

Dimensions All Wrong
Spherical heads too big for the sockets, vertical adjust rod hole too big for the adjusting thread and the flat guides are too thick. A huge amount of rework is needed to use these. Obviously the supplier never tried to use them.

Threadless
Outside adjuster threads, vertical adjuster doesn't, which makes it useless. Nice to find out after the work involved. Paging Quality control????

Too soft for the job
While they look and fit as original the plastic is too soft to hold the threaded metal insert. As you adjust the headlight the plastic gets stripped out. Gonna have to re-do this job with a more expensive OE or very closer to OE product. Not a job you want to keep repeating

These are not a direct fit too the for the lights. Very disappointed
