So I received my first 60 servings bottle on 6/2/25, and I started to use creatine on 6/3/25. I’m already on day 62 using creatine and I still have plenty of it left when I should be finished with the bottle. So I decided to check the scoop and it’s only 4g and not the 5g that it states. I weighed it numerous times with my food scale and it kept hitting 4, never hit 5 once. So be conscious about the scoop folks. Maybe I’m wrong in this, I don’t know, this is my first time dealing with creatine. The pros, it dissolves easily with my protein. Has never upsetted my stomach, and I feel it has helped me with my lifts and recovery. I would buy it again but I’m now making sure I’m taking the recommended 5g of creatine.
