Elite Oil Rubbed Bronze Mounting Ring for Bathroom Glass Vessel Sink

Looks well made & worked fine for me.

This ring is metal, not sure why some received plastic? The inside has a hard, plastic ring however.I only used the gasket without a lip, the flat one, put it on top the ring directly under my glass vessel sink. I think the lipped gasket is supposed to sit in the drain hole but it made the hole too small and my drain wouldn't fit. Perhaps you need it if your vanity's hole is a bit too big? Otherwise it's not needed. The hard rubber gasket inside this ring is fine sitting directly on my counter top.Once you tighten your drain you're all set. One commenter said his sink would spin. That won't hurt a vessel sink, the water seal is IN the bowl and of course underneath.My last glass vessel sink always spun, never leaked. If you try to tighten it too much you will crack your sink!This ring looks great, unobtrusive with my 'set'.

This ring worked well for our glass vessel sink. It would have been helpful to have a little diagram for knowing which seal went where. This piece comes with 2 seals, a completely flat one and another one that has a raised lip for fitting into the hole in the ring. In the box, the flat one was on the top and would touch the sink while the one with the raised lip was on the bottom and would touch the vanity, so we tried installing it that way. It didn't work, as we would tighten the pop up drain the flat seal would work out of its home (between the sink and the ring) and start to malform, turning into an oval as it squished out. So, we switched the seals and then had no problems. Whether that was right or wrong I don't know, but we don't have any leaks and both seals stayed in place.

It works great with my vessel sink

This is a nice heavy ring that looks great but no matter how tight you try to make the bowl will still spin and move just a little. I even broke my tool tightening the bowl down so tight and it still moved.... not much but just enough. A small ring of silicone rubber glue underneath the ring and in between their given silicon ring and on top of the silicon ring against the bowl would fix all that, they should suggest that as an option in the instructions. It's nearly impossible to glue it once installed, it has to be during installation.

It's just a shaped bronze ring. Putting it under the sink was just a small effort.

Nice-looking ring for vessel sinks. My vessel sink previously had nothing between it and the granite countertop, which was leading to instability and small leaks after the kids hung on the vessel sink. This lifts it off just a tad.The ring comes with a rubber ring, and there are no instructions on whether the rubber ring is supposed to be used in the install (or if it's just for packing purposes). I installed it with the rubber ring and found some water collecting between the metal and the rubber, so I'm going to have to take it off.Bottom line, nice-looking dark bronze ring.
