Can 1 pair be used more than once?

Tech can only use once. If used for a short time, some Customer's have kept life going,if placed in a 100% AIR TIGHT pkg (this may or may not extend life up to 2 weeks).

are these too big for kids, size 2?

They are right at 8 inches. Small for an adult woman but they still keep my feel warm! Likely to be a close fit for a 2.

I just did the past weekend in Breckenridge COIt was ok but it didn't really reach my toes and my toes were still cold. Hand warmers are better in my eyesAnd maybe toe warmers instead of foot warmers will work better

How can these insoles be worn with orthotics, if at all, without damaging the orthotics?

The insoles cant be used with orthotics. I've put them underneath the orthotics, and other times on top. There could be a problem with how tight your foot feels inside the shoe. The insoles lie pretty flat, but I've found the chemical reaction to air can make the insoles expand a little. Also, the bottom that sticks the insoles to the shoe can make the insole hard to remove.
