Recently my dental office confirmed my suspicion that the common toothbrushes we were buying that used to be "soft" were no longer "soft." In my search for an alternative I stumbled upon these. I have always wanted to move away from the plastic toothbrush but pricing was always too high and quality too low. No more! I took a chance on these and they were exactly what our family needed. They are the Goldilocks of toothbrushes. The bristles are soft, but not so soft that you feel like your teeth aren't getting cleaned. The size of the brush head is nice too, not too big and not too small. The quality seems great, and the best part - no more plastic! An added bonus - they fit in our toothbrush holders! Woohoo!!! I will definitely be buying these again.

I wanted time after the toothbrushes arrived and used them for a while before leaving a review. They're great! The product isn't delivered in any kind of plastic, and they are clean, well-made and completely biodegradable! It just takes a little getting used to, 'cause it wood instead of a plastic handle and the bristles are softer because they not made of nylon. So far I have no complaints and I'm thrilled to have found something else to use that won't float around in the ocean or sit in a landfilled for generations to come.

Glad to be using less plastic and these came quickly and well-packaged in cardboard, but the wood seems rough to me and has caused canker sores on the corners of the mouth as the wood rubs against them while brushing, no idea if this happens with all bamboo toothbrushes as these are my first set, or if these are noticeably less smooth than others. Not a huge deal as I just have to open wider and carefully brush at an angle to keep it from rubbing, but might try and get sandpaper and smooth them out a bit. Will probably try another brand when I run out (which won't be for a while with an 8-pack), but if other brands are the same I'll be coming back to this one for the price-quality ratio.

This is my favorite bamboo toothbrush by far. I like that there are no extra paints or anything used on them. They have numbers carved into their handles so you an identify which one is yours. You can pull the bristles out with pliers, but I always just snap the head off as close to the bristles as I can, and throw it away. I figure the bamboo part will still eventually biodegrade in the landfill. Maybe that's wrong, but it seems that for some reason the part about using pliers to remove the bristles in these brushes is very troublesome to some folks, so maybe my method will encourage others to make the switch, despite their apprehension towards buying a product that they will need to use pliers on in order to properly dispose of it.

These are great, my whole family is using them and they are not only affordable but they seem to last awhile as well. Once we're ready to switch one out it becomes a cleaning brush for reaching small corners and then we compost it after it's no longer useful that way. I'm so happy to be reducing our plastic consumption.

I really like these. The bristles are soft, but get your teeth nice and clean. I like that fact that they're not huge - so many toothbrushes are so big, and have all kinds of different weird bristles - I like the basic ones so much better. I'm still using the first one - but they seem to last pretty well too. There's only one minor thing that makes them not 100% perfect - a few of the bristles did "shed" from the brush when I first started using it - no big deal though.

This is my first bamboo toothbrush. I like the fit of the head of the toothbrush and how soft the bristles are. It is a very gentle clean, but the handle seems a tad small and almost rough as though it could use more sanding/finishing.

For years I've been wanting to get a more sustainable toothbrush and I'm so glad I found this product. It's affordable and the brushes are wonderful. They take a little getting used to when you're accustomed to plastic toothbrushes but once you do, they're super wonderful to use. I've been using my first brush for several weeks now and the bristles are holding up just fine with only a little obvious wear. I'm definitely never going back to plastic toothbrushes.
