The bag is great, but definitely not reinforced for 40lbsvas the description claimed. My 31lbs dog’s weight made the bottom fall apart. The last expansion area need to be reinforced. He did love it in there while it lasted. It almost functions like a thunder vest. He’s sung in there, happy to check out things around him.

It’s written that it fits for the dogs up to 50lb, but my dog is medium size, only 36lb and he is too big for the backpack. But the quality of the backpack is ok.
