Nice book, informative with lots of pictures and examples of stitches.

Book was very helpful and introduced me to stitches I had never done before. Coasters and box are very pretty.

I wanted to learn the art of plastic canvasing after receiving some other books handed down from my grandfather, but the others were not very beginner-friendly. This book explained everything extremely well and demonstrated a wide variety of stitches that can be used for many other projects.The coaster patterns listed in the book are a perfect way to start out by practicing the new stitches and provides something that, even if the first attempts aren't great, can still be used. And with the help of this book, I enjoyed learning how to plastic canvas and was inspired enough to go back to the more difficult books and work through some other patterns.Highly recommend this book for beginners!
