Adjustable Solar Panel Mount for 100W/150W Solar Panel

These assembled easily, and so far even in strong winds are holding very strong. Pay attention which direction you assemble the bolt heads, otherwise the installation is easy. The dual locking keys on the adjustable rear legs tighten down securely, I added a small amount of thread locker as a safety precaution. The fit and finish was good, and as they are aluminum should be rust free and last for a long time.

I used these to mount five solar panels to the roof of our bus conversion. It was a little scary because it will keep the solar panels tilted up somewhat even when I'm driving down the road, but it was necessary because the roof of the bus is curved and I couldn't get the panels to lay flat. I ended up mounting these with the recommended bolt, but I also used Dynatron 550 seam sealer (from the local auto-parts store) to mount it to the roof. I squeezed some into the drill hole before putting the bolt on, I squeezed some underneath the base of each mount, and I squeezed some all over the top and sides of the mount to keep the bolt from ever shifting. We've had it up there now for about half a year, and it is holding very strong. We've driven over a thousand miles with it on there, and it's not moving at all. The mount itself is easy to assemble, and it's easy to adjust the angle. I'm very happy and highly recommend. I got this mount as opposed to the other type of tilting mount because I needed to tilt my panels the long way instead of the short way, and the other type of mount is too short. These work great!

These tilt kits were perfect for my needs. They were easy to use and are built tough. Being far north, I extended the rails to get more tilt by ordering some 1/4 thick aluminum angle stock with the same dimensions of the rails in this kit. I was able cut the angle stock to the proper length and after drilling mounting holes was able to securely fasten them to the rails. These tilt rails have stood up to many bad storms and are no worse for wear. A year later, they still look like new. Definitely will buy again if needed.

These are great. I like them much better than traditional designs. The material is lightweight and there are many configurations you could do with this set. I tried both horizontal and vertical configurations for my panel and they both work for my set up. The metal is nice, but a little bit soft. They get scuffed up a bit too easy. Instructions were clear and installation was straight forward. I should mention that I ordered 2, but one arrived very onbviously used. I was very confused. I was sent another one right away, but it delayed my project by a few days, which was a bummer. But the second one arrived and it was perfect. Very excited to complete my full set up and start using it. Overall, I recommend if you have a small solar array.

Installed this racking system on a Renogy 195W Bifacial panel with ease. The brackets allowed me to install on my fence at an angle. Make sure to get large bolts for the surface attachment as it did not come included with the brackets. The brackets are strong and allow angle adjustment for optimal power output throughout the year. Decided to buy a second set for a another panel I decided to add to my array. My product improvement recommendation is that they need to include larger arms to provide more adjustability an angles in various installation solutions. Well made product with multiple applications.

Great product, however they ship all the screws, washers, and nuts in a really weak bag and all those parts end up just sloshing around in the box. One of the boxes I received had obviously been returned and was badly taped and missing most of the washers and nuts. I'm not sure who's at fault but it makes the overall quality of the product look bad.

These adjustable legs are very well built very strong and yes I think it will hold up the panels really good thank you

This mount is pretty straight forward. It gives lots of flexibility in mounting angles and is plenty sturdy. I recommend it.

For a product that is essentially nuts, bolts, washers and brackets, to be missing half the washers is pretty poor.
