I have very narrow feet, with toe-heel 21.9I wear 230 (37 EU) size for tennis shoes, 225 for heels.Everybody said to size up on this one,But do NOT if you have narrow feet. You can see the wrinkles in the image.Sizing up helps you fit in the first time, but once it’s in, there’s leftover spaces especially horizontally, and vertically.But yea it does feel tight around my ankles, i need it tomorrow so I’m not gonna change in. If i could i would go back in time and just stay true to sizeOther than that, awesome show, no discomfort on toes, absolutely breathable and flexible.

The hole to get your foot through is very small and non-stretchy. High arched feet will struggle most.

They are really great for hiking that said this particular style of vibram does have a very narrow opening, if you've tried any of their shoes with the drawstring tie, these are a bit more snug, and if you have a wide foot I would recommend getting a size up or a style with drawstring. I have a very narrow foot so they fit just great. A did a little breaking in with them on an 8 mile hike on the first day and I have no blisters, was very comfortable just a little snug by the end as they begin to stretch out a bit to honor my foots unique shapes. That said I absolutely love vibram, this is my first pair and it's the first time in my life that I have gone hiking without ANY knee pain. I am notoriously hiking barefoot because even the nicest hiking boots causes me to have extreme pain in my knees, I am so happy to have found shoes that are like being barefoot (how I prefer to spend life -Earthing is a real thing and great for your energy system!) and I am even more thrilled to be able to go on intense hikes, which I love now without the knee pain!! Highly recommend!

They would be perfect if they were not extremely hard to put on! Takes a whole work out to get these shoes on. I’m always sweating by the end of it. But one they are on it’s great! They are very comfortable. 😓

I just ordered the wrong model, I was trying to purchase shoes for Pilates and these are more for running or something. It is very difficult to get your feet into these shoes, so I had to return them. I ordered a different model and love them! I think they’re called Vibram’s Five Finger V-Sole- for indoor training. They have been a game changer for my Pilates classes!

These are my favorite shoes ever!I got these primarily because i heard they were good for the way you walk, and for balance.After wearing these all the time I completely dread having to put on any other show and refer to them as toe prisons. Im usually either wearing these, or am barefoot.The material is a very thin rubber on the bottom and an even thinner mesh on top. This was exactly what I wanted.Breaking them in was a little rough. I had some toe socks i would wear with them and ultimately decided the easiest way would be to take them on a tiny hike. Boy did that work.After breaking in they are the most comfortable pair of shoes I own and have become my everyday shoes.It completely changed the way i walk. If you walk a little heel-heavy or on the balls of your feet, this will completely fix that. I also notied that my sense of balance has improved dramatically.I tried to have them replace my gym shoes but ultimately decided that they were a little too minimal for some of my exercises so I will continue to wear them as an everyday shoe.Bonus perk; Drop something on the ground? Pick it up with your toes in these shoes.

Color and quality are great! Fits well once they're on, even with Injini socks on. The only minor complaint is that the opening for your foot is a bit narrow/tight-fitting, but the shoe fabric and design is flexible enough. I typically wear a US women's 9 to 9 1/2. So these EU 40s were great! Very happy. And they arrived fast. I had a previous pair (grey with red trim) that was tight in the right littlest toe box. These are a half size up and my toes are very happy. There is no arch support, so don't expect any.

I wear a 8 in women’s and purchased the women’s 8 and it was too snug. Also, I order this item (Velcro strap) on 4/14 and received a shoe (wool with laces) today (4/17), unfortunately it was not the one I ordered. I have viewed several sites looking for this particular shoe and was completely disappointed with the product I received. Headed to a festival out of state, I now have to search for shoes last minute and won’t receive my money back from this product, until 7 days after my return is received. Bummer

Sizes are difficult to guess from the listing. As many know Vibram shoes are sold euro sizes, and the difference between 8.5 and a 9 can be up to 4 euros sizes. I ordered the 8.5 to 9 range and received a euro size 40. I am on the size 9 side of the scale and require a euro size 42. My mum is 8.5 american size and fits a euro 38, so the shoe fit neither of us. Unfortunately I have to return them but the shoes were in perfect condition and it was really nice to find a discontinued shoe still available. Really wish I could just pick the euro size I know fits for a fivefinger shoe and not have to guess and return. 5/5 stars for condition and quality, but 1/5 star for actually getting what I wanted and now the hassle of having to return an item I really want, but is the wrong size. Could’ve been so simple. If I could just pick the euro size I know the shoe is made in.

Shoes themselves great however I’ve made two orders and both times a fail - UK sizes do not match EU Size. Go with EU size.

I can't get enough of these shoes!they are rehabbing my feet and i am so grateful!!!!!They STINK after using though -- so i need to share with you how to clean them and keep them stink-free.After you wear them, you will eventually start to notice the stink (even if you don't normally have stinky feet).Don't freak out -- here's what to do:1) make a paste of baking soda and hydrogen peroxide and tea tree oil (a couple drops).2) Smear the paste into the inside of the shoes -- making sure to get each toe spot too.3) Place the pasted up shoes in a very warm bin of water (I use my sink) that contains DENTURE CLEANER (that fizzy stuff).4) Leave them overnight.5) Then pop them into the washer (i wash them with other clothes because the stink is gone by now).6) Let them dry naturally. The sweet smell will last for about a month or so -- then repeat the process.
