Very well designed and built piece of hardware.
Bought this to retrofit a 94 Land Rover Defender. First impressions are that of a very well designed fuse box that should do a very good job. The box has a locking tab that is very sturdy and comes with IPS type waterproof seals that the connecting wires are fed through. These seals are then pressed into the back of the block giving a very tight and for all purposes waterproof seal. The female connectors for the fuses and relay blocks are coated and not cheap aluminized tin. The guage of the connectors also seem to be of good stock. The relay support blocks will accept 5 pin relays and the cover is tall enough so that fused relays can be used. ( If they have a mounting tab, removal would make the installation easier). Using fused relays and having 6 fuse slots gives virtually 12 circuits in a compact housing.

Practically Perfect
This is a very nice fuse relay panel. I installed it in my sons 1991 Chevy S10. We have been repairing damage from a front end collision and wanted to add a few electical items to the truck while was out of commission. This gave us capacity for 6 relays and fuses. We mounted the panel to the fire wall of the truck and used 3 of the six relay circuits along with 4 of the fuse positions. One thing that was really helpful and did make a difference in the install was using a pair of weather pack crimpers to crimp, rather than solder, the connections. Once properly crimped with the seals crimped to the terminals they fit nice and securely in the sockets. This relay/fuse panel is really nice. It is well built and well sealed. If there is any suggestion I could make to improve it that would be to include a sticker that could go on the inside of the lid for a legend to identify what fuses power what and what each relay is for.

Mostly great
First off let me start with the positives. the plastic case is very well built and has good quality seals top and bottom. I like the relay mounting and the added fuses. I took away 1 star because the terminals they include in the kit are crap, thin metal. I would not trust them running a 30 amp relay. Also, I tried a few test insertion, and the clamping force is weak. I ordered some AMP Connectors part # 60634-1. The AMP connectors are about 0.1mm thicker (0.5mm AMP, 0.4mm that came with the kit). Also, the AMP seems to be a better material as the clamping force and holding is much better even after multiple insertions. Even with buying the replacement terminals and this kit, I was still cheaper than buying a relay box with good connectors. so if you don't mind a bit of hassle I would recommend the box, but do yourself a favor and order some quality terminals.

Great product and very affordable!
This has been a great addition to my 1997 Tahoe project as an "aftermarket add-ons" relay housing. So far, I've used 3 relay slots for upgrading my upgraded side mirrors to turn the built-in turn signals into turn signal/running lights and 2 relay slots for the door lock actuator polarity swap in the aftermarket remote starter. There's one slot left with no immediate plans and I haven't used any fuse slots yet but I'm sure I'll come up with something lol. Overall, this is a great, easy to use product and it looks right at home in my truck. 10/10 would recommend to any intermediate to advanced DIY guy! Side note: It does come with additional terminal connectors but it still pays to plan all your wiring configurations ahead of time. My "shoot from the hip" method wound up costing me a few of them...

Great !
This thing is great, I ve used them several times on varioud projects for adding circuts without cutting into harnesses. Use it in conjunction with their power distribution panel and ground blocks. Weather proof and well made. First two I used were perfect, this last one had the retainers missing from the last fuse I went to wire, so I had already wired the entire thing before realizing it, so I only have use of 5 of the 6 relays. Stinks , but too much work to undo. Still a solid unit. would use again.

Decent Quality, great price
The wire seals have holes that are too large to seal to automotive wire properly gauged to the terminals. Have to use the cheaper "universal" wire that has thick soft jacket or do like I did and add some heat shrink to the wire to make it fill the hole. The terminals are cheap, very thin, and fit loose in their cavities. Again, I was lucky enough to have a solution on hand. I replaced ALL the terminals with ones made of heavier gauge metal. My terminals fit better and allowed a stronger crimp to be formed on the wire.

WORTH THE MONEY!!
I bought one of these for a custom car we were building. I bought one first to see the quality because for the price, I wasn't expecting much but once we received it and put it together, I immediately ordered the other one we needed. It is EXTREMELY well built and not flimsy like you would expect for the money. The slots held the crimped connections very well and the overall housing is a heavy plastic not thin and cheap looking. I haven't had a chance to see if it is weatherproof but since they are under the dash, hopefully I never will. I can't speak for the crimp connections that come with it as we used the ones that came with our relays but even without the crimp connections it is worth the money by far.

Just installed it into a piece of equipment we built. Looks great and should hold up to water and prevent corrosion. Will update if I find otherwise.

Decent quality. It's really intended to be mounted in a panel - though they do supply some little legs it can stand on. In combination with some good quality (E.g. Bosch) relays, this is a good option for automotive / marine use.

Quite impressed by the quality of this Vs the price. Was used in drag race car that didn't need the factory wire harness, and used this relay box to run fuel pumps, solenoids and fans. So far it's faultless, will be using these for future projects for sure.

Jai installer cette boîte dans mon bateau pour faire fonctionner quelques circuits, je suis très satisfait, bonne qualité et pas de pièces manquantes, peut-être difficile pour certaines personne sans expérience dans le domaine électricité d'auto.
