I’ve used this product steadily over the years. It certainly does the trick as far as cleaning your system. I has stomach issues, which would keep me from sleeping many nights. Within a few days, I’m back to sleeping normally again. Drink plenty of water, it will make you go. The last thing you want to do is be dehydrated. This is my go to cleanse! Highly recommend!

I have used this cleanse for years. I swear by it, but PLEASE be aware of what a cleanse does. If you are not accustomed to them, do not take this right before work for instance. If used correctly and wisely though, this will help you be SO much more comfortable after a couple of days. Less gassy, less smelly in the bathroom, less bloated, etc. not to mention I’m always shocked by how a couple of days into it, I feel thinner and lighter, as if I can bend and move a little easier. I’ve done a few different cleanses, and for price and results, I choose this.

Love this product because it is effective but not harsh on your digestive system. (if you follow the instructions).

I have used a clense I get from my chiropractor for years and while I like it, it is not an enjoyable proseses and makes me unusually cranky (until the end). After using Rebuild, I will never go back to my old Cleanse again! This product is amazing and is the easiest cleanse I've ever tried and has very minimal side-effects. I just finished and I'm looking forward to doing it again in a couple months.

I cannot say that this did anything for me. I read through the ingredient list on the label, and some of the ingredients border on questionable. I mean don't get me wrong, I love eating clay in the form of a capsule as much as the next guy, but the only real benefit was that the cleanse portion had a fair amount of psyllium husk, so it blasted things through. Other than that, there wasn't much uniqueness in this product, and it didn't really do much. The issue might also be that I eat mostly vegetables in my diet, so the cleanse was likely unnecessary.
