Once assembled, this is an excellent bench top router table. It is very stable, The top is flat and good sized. The fence has a track for addons like feather board or flip stops. The top has a miter slide again for feather boards. The jointer rods are a nice addition. The fence slides easily. I was most worried that my Jassem Router Lift plate would be compatible, but it fits perfectly. The leveling screws work well and the plate is level with the top. I wish the fence had a micro adjuster, but it doesn't. I did not see one on any of the other bench top router tables. I highly recommend the on off switch, it makes the table much safer. I can see why it has gotten top reviews. Now the not as good. Many of the reviews had the comment that the assembly is not easy, and I agree. I looked on the Kreg website for an assembly video, and there is not one. I found on on UTube that helped. The instructions are not very good. The parts bags are not labeled, so you have to figure out where things go. The screws on the legs are pretty close together so a little difficult to tighten. Now for the router table: great addition to my workshop. I love how I can move it into play and out of play very easily. Well made and designed, and provides a lot of features like JOINTING. A jointer can cost easily as much as this table. As with most Kreg products, assembly is not very simple. It's well engineered, but also designed to be low cost shipping and low-cost assembly from a Kreg perspective. They likely have the product shipped in from China to their specifications, and turn and ship it directly to you with some instructions manuals added; which by the way, they are excellent. Won't be often used so should last forever. The assembly is very simple and straightforward, albeit time consuming. If needed, the instructions are well done and helpful. I have a several years old, but new, Jessem router lift that fit with some minor modifications to the lift, rather than the table. I feel that the lift plate could benefit from more under table leveling plates vs. just on the 4 corners. With the lift this thing seems like the best choice for the job site. I'll start with a PC 890 and see how it does with the occasional larger bits, if it struggles I'll use the heavy beast.
