What are the deminsions of the bottom, how much floor space will it take?

It is approximately 18 inches x 18 inches. However, to have space for bigger coats, I have mine pulled out a couple of inches from the wall, so I would recommend allowing 20” x 20”.

Was it hard to assembled?

Easy assembly, parts and hexagon wrench/screwdriver included. Took me less than an hour to assemble.

I bought this item and love it. however, after a move, i've lost a few screws so it's wobbly now. what size screws are used?

not sure the size but just take a remaining screw to store with you.

Are the screws available for purchase or can they be purchased at any hardware store?

You should message the company about that. They are hex screws so I don't know if you can get those at a hardware store.
