For statin induced low CoQ10 levels, take 100 to 200 mg once daily.CONCLUSION:We conclude that CoQ10 is a safe and effective product for the treatment of high blood pressure. While it shows promise for treating low CoQ10 levels associated with the use of statin medications, there is not enough evidence for us to recommend this indicated use. Remember to include it in your list of medications when you visit your doctor and other health care providers.COq10 is also good when taking prohormones or when supplementing with Red Yeast Rice. Red Yeast Rice depletes the body's COq10 so supplementation is recommended.

This is a great value for your money. It's easy to swallow and it is 200mg which our Dr. wants my husband and I to take. Thank you Swanson for making a great product for us. We are retired and it is a good price because we have to watch our money.

I just began taking this so I really do not have a review.

My husband has heart problems and a few other medical conditions. He is also a diabetic but take 3 medicines for that so to say it helps with that problem I am not going to say it does. I have fibro and it does seem to help with the pain.Our doctor does not object to using it , for my husband it is the heart and the side effects of statins he my a have and for me the muscle pain..

Product received promptly in good condition. The effectiveness of this product is, of course, hard to judge in the short run but I trust Swanson to put in the product what it says on the label with excellent quality control. I have to be aware of cost and they are generally reasonable with excellent value

Taking Lipitor changed my heart rhythm so much that 3 separate blood pressure machines would constantly give an error message. An EKG showed that every 3rd heart beat too close to the second, and the machines hear 2 beats as 1. I increased the CoQ10 I was taking to 3 a day and my heart rhythm instantly returned to normal. I trashed the Lipitor. Swanson products work for me! . . .
