Catnapper Deluxe Magnum Heat & Massage Rocker Recliner

This chair is SO nice... very comfortable- recline for legs are at a great level-- massage & heat option are a great addition-- massage is a bit louder than I expected- also wish it reclined back a little further-- but all in all I would buy it again!

The Catnapper company usually has good ratings but this was a tremendously bad product and the Backdoor distributor had shipping problems also the chair came in a made up from scraps box, definitely not a factory box. First of all when we got the chair the power supply and plug were not anywhere to be found. I called and was told Catnapper would send a replacement which has not arrived as today. BUT the huge problem is that the chair is severely understuffed on the left side and the bottom tilts to the lift as well. When I sit down my whole left side is unsupported and my whole torso is tilted. Needless to say that after a few minutes my shoulder and neck begin to ache from the unnatural position. WHAT A TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT AND A TOTAL OF LOSS $800 AS CHAIR IS NOT RETURNABLE. This is a total piece of junk. I am reluctant to have Good Will take it away and let it torture someone else. AND AMAZON YOU NEED TO BE MORE AWARE OF INFERIOR OR FAULTY PRODUCT FROM YOUR SUPPLIERS.

nice looking chair, not hard to assemble, only problem was a small tear in material at bottom of chair,,,,

I bought this chair about two years ago. The only reason for the two rating is the remote which appears to have changed on newer models. The older remote does not like to work on the steady button which is extremely frustrating.

Awesome recliner. The heat works well, relaxed my back, and feels very nice after work. One thing to all people. Use the handle to raise the legs, BUT lower by just using your own legs. This I'm sure is how people break the handle. It works fine if you don't lower using the handle.

This recliner is marketed for big men. I am 6'4" and 300lbs, lower end of the spectrum this chair is supposedly made for. I've had the chair since last January and it is falling apart. The remote randomly turns the massager on and off so I assume it has a short. I have had to repair the back twice, and I believe it is now permanently broken. It now is permanently skewed and almost unusable. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the durability of this chair. Can't recline the damn thing because I end up tilted almost back to the floor. Save your money.

A very nice chair. You have to wait some time before it gets delivered, but overall satisfied.
