This particular machine does not come with clear instructions on how to properly use it. Thos product does not shut off as per the manual that included let alone the manual giving any kind of details on how to properly use this product. I would not recommend getting it. I am even considering returning it.

I only received it a month ago, but I feel it is working. I will be waiting for future results and review it again. It is very easy to use. I have my Husband trying it also!

Works great, but be careful not to over use at one time and listen to your body. Everyone’s tolerance level for cold is different. So even though the instructions say to use for a maximum of 8 minutes, you may not be able to withstand 8 minutes. You can get freeze burn easily in minutes if you go over the maximum time and/or over use the system, so read the instructions and again, listen to your body.Good luck.

Just received today and didn’t include fastener. How can I receive that.

Product works well.

Item never worked. It wouldn’t even stay on. Highly disappointed and would not recommend. Was out of town and when I came back and opened product it never worked. Just beeps stays on for about 3 seconds and cuts off. Again I would not recommend.

Seems to wotki pretty well. My only issue is the lack of better instructions

L'appareil se manipule très bien. Peu de douleur pendant & après le traitement. Dommage qu'il y a pas quelques tampons de protection contre le gel inclus avec l'appareil. Manque un peux de courbure pour les zones en rondeur & facile d'utilisation
