Impossible to reach the company Workshop. You go to their website and there are two contact buttons but none work. More than frustrating. The wheels of this unit refused to snap into place. Looking at the stem on the wheels was more than puzzling. There was nothing on the stem to snap into place. Ridiculous. But try to call this darn company to get answers NOT.

After 3 months of use I would honestly return this if possible. I intended to use it for dust collection in woodworking, but it has a lot of faults that will require modification for that use. It would probably work for general use/cleanup.The good:-Decent suction-LightweightThe bad:-The hose does not have a rotation connector, so as you move it around either in general or connected to a tool the hose starts to cause issues and you have to adjust.-The cord is short-The lip around the drum does not have a seal so dust can easily come out the side, bypassing the filter.Notes: If the filter is not set right the "blower" end will just blow the dust/dirt all over the place.

I purchased this for my dad when their basement flooded years ago. It runs just like the big brands, no problems. I think the wheels are lower quality than a dewalt but it’s really not proven to be an issue.Do you plan to use your shop vac every single day?
