I bought this to do my physical therapy exercises at home and was VERY pleased with the thickness, form density, and overall size. Ideal for rehabilitating my foot fracture and ankle (I tore a ligament: ATFL).

The product itself is good. If color coordination in your home gym equipment matters to you, know that the Lava color is not charcoal or black, it is bronze (metallic brown). My picture cools the color slightly. Won’t matter to most, but it bugs me 🤷‍♀️. I wish it was black or charcoal.

Best balance pad

This is the highest quality balance pad. It lasts longer with consistent use and is more challenging for someone attempting to balance on it than other cushions I have purchased.

Me ha encantado este producto. Me ayudó a facilitar muchos ejercicios, desde lagartijas hasta pesos muertos a una pierna, pero sobre todo, he mejorado mucho mi equilibrio. Very comfortable to step on and exercise. Takes away commonplace foot aches from your normal course of the day.

Great balance cushion, bought 2 others previous to this that were like concrete so no benefit at all but this is what the MS QLD physio department use and it works great
