Fender Short Scale Bass Gig Bag

Beautiful case, much better looking in person than the pictures. The FBT610 fits my fender player II p-bass perfectly. I bought this as part of a pack w/ strap but if you check them individually the description on the gig bag says short scale… not sure what’s up with that, but confusing.

I bought this for my Squire VI bass. It fits very well and as with other Fender gig bags I have, it is high quality.

I needed a case for my my Squire paranormal Jazz 12 string, this “Short Scale” soft case did the trick. It arrived in two days packed up nicely

Item received as described in surprisingly robust packaging (as though there were an instrument inside, not just an empty padded bag!). But no candy.

The Fender gig bag that came with my Jazz Bass back in 2007 finally had it recently. The zipper(s) broke. A portion of all the zippers on the bag had broken long ago due to poor/cheap construction but finally just disintegrated last week. I settled on the Fender FBT-610 Electric Bass Bag, Tweed as a replacement. This bag fits my Fender Jazz Bass like a glove, nice and tight. This is a big change as the last bag (which was provided when I bought the bass) was too big and the bass kinda flopped around inside the bag. My only complaints are that I didn't realize how thinly padded this bag was and that the accessories pouch is a little smaller than the one on my old bag. Although I can fit a regular 8.5 x 11 inch notebook in the new one, it's a little tight. Overall good replacement bag. If you're looking for a little more padding though, look elsewhere or get a hard case. This is convenient because I usually have an amp in one hand and my pedalboard bag in the other (or other trivial and sundry items)...thanks!

Nice case, looks very good BUT " This case WILL NOT FIT a Fender Jazz Bass which is 46.5" in length and this case is only 42" length, the person who answered the question either doesn't have a Jazz Bass or just looking to make a sale or maybe they have a short scale knock-off Jazz Bass. This Fender F610 is a GUITAR BAG not for a Bass, I notice that SAM ASH left off the first measurement of the case which is the length but it's on all their other cases? WHY? what a waste of time, now searching for another case.

Cool retro bag! (but maybe not the right choice if you want to bike with it through the rain::)

This is a great gig bag, lightweight but strong enough o protect your bass, great colour makes a change from the normal black, I normally buy a hard case for my basses but i bought a Fender Jaguar bass and this bag is perfect for that.

Really good. Made of tweed. The pocket only fits the A4 notebook and a cable, but the same time small size prevents you or carrying unimportant things
