Games Gingerbread House, Various, (LK0101)

This is a fun game I have already played multiple times with the family. It is a light game that is easy to bring out. With a cute but abstract theme of convincing fairy tale creatures to come to your gingerbread house for you to "lock up". My only real dislike is it has always come down to a bit of a race to build your floors the fastest. Because if you do you will get first pick at the best bonus cards. So there isn't really a surprise winner. Still, a very enjoyable game I will pull out and introduce to new friends.

We have really enjoyed this game as a family. Simple and quick with a fun theme. It feels like the right game to play around the Christmas holiday season.

This game is criminally underrated. My entire family loves this game. It's not very complex, but it plays quickly and the theme is super charming. The artwork and components are beautiful. I can play it with young kids, but it's also become a regular filler between heavier games with my game group. Phil Walker Harding has designed a lot of games that I love (Barenpark, Sushi Go, Imhotep, and more), but this one is my favorite.
