I heard about this to use for eczema and scar minimization during incision healing. I can’t read the french label and thought it was a facial moisturizer. I have dry skin and i think it may clog pores a little bit, it is an EXCELLENT night cream. Even vanicream and cerave and cetaphil products cause a little tingle or burn on my skin due to dryness, i subbed this in at night for a while and due to the inertness of the ingredients it was soothing but a bit thinner than vaseline. It takes very little product. And helped give my skin a chance to heal and restore its moisture barrier. I realized it was a hand cream later on and it made perfect sense why my pores were getting clogged. I still use it once or twice a week to help my skin repair and can now use regular vanicream facial moisturizer most days/nights. I dont care if it is a hand cream it did wonders for my face and ill keep buying it.

It soothes and repairs. I won’t be without it.

At 77, my skin is a little rough, very dry and beginning to be fragile. I use this cream on my hands and feet at night as I go to bed. It is absorbed completely and leaves my skin very smooth and supple. I wish the tubes were bigger so I wouldn't have to order so many or so often.
