NJK is the refill cartridge. Still using this as my main pen for 2+ years.
The media could not be loaded. I was in college when I decided that I was tired of carrying around a bag of pens since I wrote different words in certain colors to help link things better in my mind. My first one was ordered in 2021. I kept the same one until I accidentally crushed it in 2022. Then I ordered a second. It is now the start of 2023 and it is the main writing implement I use.Pros:-four pens and a pencil in one? So much less to carry around.-0.5 mm, so if I want to write tiny, I can!-Rarely do I have to do the scribble thing to get this pen writing again (granted, I use it 5/7 days of the week)-Good size for my hand. Bit bigger so I feel like I can write longer than with a smaller pen that would give me hand cramps.-Clicking between colors hasn’t been much of an issue (until I crushed my pen. Then it sucked).Cons:- Gel ink. It smears if you don’t let it dry for a few seconds.- Watch your paper type. If there is any sort of gloss it won’t sink into the paper. I do keep a normal ball point pen at my desk for those times when I MUST write on paper with gloss (i.e. thermal printed labels). Gel ink doesn’t do well on them and just smears eventually.- Tiny eraser. I haven’t figured out where to refill it yet, either. I keep a good sized eraser at my desk and mainly use the tiny eraser if there is no other option away from my desk.- The whole figuring out which refills were the right ones. (NJK is the refill!)-If this is your main pen and you have one color you write in constantly, plan on replacing the cartridge often. My black one usually lasts a couple of weeks (depends on the week). Just buy the refills for that color now at purchase. It’ll save you time.NJK is the size. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ATLP30C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1Long story short: I probably should keep a back-up on hand in case I accidentally crush the one I am using right now. It seemed to take forever to get my replacement as I live in a very rural area and have to wait longer for packages than when I was in a larger city.

MULTIPLE PEN COLORS & A pencil all in one chamber!!!
I mostly use this when writing paper lecture notes (college-heavy lecture notes) & even on the go, such as when I am at my clinical sites. Color is key for me when you get a long report. This review is after 3 mts of usage of this multipen+pencilPROs- HAVE GREEN, RED, BLUE, & Black.... & a 0.5 mm Pencil all in one chamber!!! Very convenient I must say- saves from having to carry 5 items as stated in above- save space in your pencil pouch- great grip for handling the multipen+pencil- lightweight- clip handle (I conveniently clip it onto my uniform, V-neck, so I don't lose it. Realistically speaking, if you run very fast, this does not stick to your uni, but will stick to you for sure if you walk)- can easily switch btwn colors & pencil- you can retract any of the pens & pencil, so the tip is hidden when not in use, WILL NOT SNAG on any cloth or any type of pencil/stationary pouch/holderCONs- you will get that pencil lead that ends up being slanted b/c it functions just like a regular mechanical pencil- pen ink will smudge after highlighting it- lead easily breaks for those who are heave-handed writers

The Best 4+1 pen but needs better refills
This has become my favorite multicolor pen, it hosts a solid gel-like rollerball so you dont strain your wrist. The colors are great, and while the ink is reliable (unlike most), the only refills for the prevalent on amazon are the pricey NJK batches that are only filled ~15% of the stick, from sketchy printer company fronts.if there were a solid refill source, this would be a 5/5 and heavily recommended easily.

Useful and Reliable Multi-function Pen
I've had several of these pens, but they seem to have succumbed to the same monster that steals socks in dryers. In some ways it is like a good pair of socks: it is easy to use; it does its job well everyday; good quality means I'm not frustrated when using it.This, and other type, Zebra pens have been good quality with reliable easy to use mechanisms. The inks (gel and ballpoint) apply smoothly, with good coverage. Smearing has not been a problem. The colors are very good, and Zebra has a broad range to select from.Having four pens and a pencil in one pen means the pen has to be fatter, but Zebra has done a good job in keeping it manageable. It has a rubberized surface that makes gripping the pen comfortable. There's not much room left over, so the eraser for the pencil is small, but it erases well. The little plastic cap over the eraser goes on and off easily, thought it is easy to lose.Zebra has an opportunity to make the pen even better. They could make the cap function as a stylus!Back to the good design - the pen clip is hinged, so it remains snug without being annoyingly tight; and it doesn't get slack or break off. The clip opening is high enough so that the pen doesn't ride too high in a shirt pocket.Overall the pen is pretty much perfect in it's class, and the price is reasonable. I'll keep buying this pen. (If some superior design should eventually come along, I suspect it might be made by Zebra.)

Very nice pen
I've been a fan of Zebra pens and pencils for a long time and this is no exception. I mainly wanted a multi-function pen + pencil to carry with an A6 planner. I've only used the pencil and black ink so far and it works, feels good, and the pen writes better than any other pen I've used before.

Ink runs out so quickly, but great pens
Absolutely have fallen in love with the Sarasa multi pens, because they're lightweight and write super smoothly. My only issue is the ink does not last long at all. I got 5 pages' worth of notes out of the black ink cartridge. If you can, get refills up front.
