It's smooth, creamy, and leaves your face feeling like a baby's bottom. I have super sensitive skin and this cleanser is so gentle and "calming," just like the name. No alcohol ingredients whatsoever, it's definitely a creamy cleanser. My face is never dry or flaky after using, it acts as a moisturizer as well. Take the risk, its worth it!

I have sensitive skin and was diagnosed with rosecea. I was excited to get this product after reading the reviews. I got so disappointed when I tried it since it doesn’t remove any makeup on the face. No matter how much I applied and rinsed my face. The dirt was still sitting on my face.
