Very sharp knife

Reliable quality. Blades are so sharp. I have used this in the past and went for it again.Edited on 17th May 2023 - sadly, the sharpness has reduced in a short period. Seems product quality is not like before. Had to sharpen it.

Great relief from using blunt kitchen knives
The knife is razor sharp out of the packaging and is definitely value for money. It is a very basic and functional no-frills item. You need to be very careful while using it, though. The blade thickness is sufficient for the normal kitchen tasks but it is not a knife with a solid kind of feel to it. You get what you pay for. The knife cuts through vegetables and stuff like they aren't there at all. I feel the handle design needs a little tweak to make it fuller and more comfortable in the hand. Similarly, there needs to be a model in the same range with a slightly upward curved blade like Victorinox has separately. Unfortunately, that one is fully serrated and not useful for all tasks. These two small things will make the knife more comfortable to use. These are my initial impressions and I'm sure it's durability and ability to retain sharpness will depend on the way it is used which I will only know over time.

Best knife
Best knife for peeling and cutting, can be all in one, except to cut big fruits. Must have in the kitchen, knife is sharp and is long lasting.

Victorinox kitchen knife
It is almost 3 weeks since we bought it, it was excellent during the first week, later the chopping is not as good as it was. We were in the impression that the brand will offer a product at least the sharpness can last for at least 1 year. It was disappointing as the label in the product mentioned made in Switzerland, but did not even perform to the standards of Chinese products.

Nice product
Highly priced.Great sharpness .but it does not last long.i use knife sharpner to sharpen it occasionaly . Comfortable and strong handle. One of my best knife in my kitchen
