Great PDU Strip
Handles multiple plug-ins well. FYI every outlet has 15A (Amps) but you don't won't to risk going over that amount. Make sure to check the A (Amps) level on the device your plugging in that it doesn't accede over 15A. This is a safety best practice to avoid potential fire break outs or wire/device damage. This PDU Strip is built to protect against that but you never know, be safe!

Best price!
Perfect addition to the rack. It streamlined power distribution and cleaned up the rack. I looked at other PDU's and this one was the best bang for the value. Other nice feature is the outlets in front, which allows easy temporary power.

Rock solid and reliable
More than a year in use in my StarTech rack and still working well. I run an enterprise network in my work from home office. This system has been rock solid for me.

Great except for on/off switch
Good unit, does the job, plenty of outlets, the power indicator is nice. What I absolutely hate though is the front panel on/off switch. It is incredibly touchy, to the point that it will jitter on/off state if you aren't careful when switching it. This is very bad news for sensitive computers or other electronics. Fix the terrible switch and this would be a 5/5.

Be mindful of the cord length
Be aware that if this is for off label use, like outside a server rack (as I am using it). The cord length is a bit short compared to other Home/0ffice surge/strips.

It's perfect. Excellent quality and ready for office, studio, or rack.
Picked up this 16 outlet for the same price as an 8 and now I have plenty of room to spare for speakers, monitors, printers, outboard sound controllers, and virtually everything else that's accumulated requiring its own power. Best feature is now having plugs on the front for those inevitable occasional, extraneous peripherals like USB powerblocks to recharge wireless cell phones, and bluetooth headphones, gimbles and whatever else. It would be a crime not to go with the 16.
