LS2 Helmets Assault/Rapid/Stream Pinlock Ready Outer Shield

This visor is absolutely AWESOME! The color is fabulous! Fit my LS2 helmet perfectly. Super easy to change which was great. You definitely cant see in the visor but great looking out. Blocks the sun great since I live in Florida

Fits perfectly on my LS2 helmet. Looks awesome and keeps the sun out of my eyes. It comes on and off easily when switching back to my clear one for night riding. Definitely recommend this one compared to the off brand ones.

This visor is exactly what I was looking for. I was trying to avoid using the built-in drop down sun visor, as it would throw off my vision since it didn’t go down all the way (which I know that it’s not supposed to.) I liked the thought of having a regular dark visor, but the silver iridium just looks so good. This visor fit perfectly onto my LS2 Stream Evo, and does fog up like a normal visor, however clears up pretty quickly with the helmet’s vent systems. The visor opens and closes with ease, which is really nice. So far, I haven’t had any issues with scratches on the visor, even though I walk into my brick wall often. I think this helmet was definitely worth the price!

Easy install. Great for day/night riding. Nice upgrade compared to a fixed dark shield. Have experienced fogging.

I bought this visor thinking I was going to use the helmet that I had for longer, which I probably didn’t even use the visor for a full week after I bought it. Though the time I did use it, I can’t say I was impressed or disappointed about it. This was my first tented visor that I bought and used, which I had a crappy helmet at the time so it was gonna be short lived anyway. It was basically a “Oh this looks cool, I need to know if I liked tented visors anyway so why the heck not.” My biggest concern was viability going in and out of dark spots, riding closer to nighttime, etc. I can say while it did block the sun, it didn’t obstruct your view when going in and out of dark spots. I also drove about an hour and a half with it on when it was getting dark, and when it did get dark, it didn’t feel like I was straining my eyes trying to figure out if I was still on the road or not. Which sunset visors are typically just for that, which I recommend something like this than a blackout one especially if you do nighttime ridding and don’t feel like switching out your visor. Now onto the cleaning of the visor, and if you don’t clean your visor, then you’re probably a gixxer rider, in other words clean your visor or you mind as well get a blackout one because it’s not like you can see anyway. To be truthful, even if you did clean this visor it’s not like you can see either. I’m not sure if I was doing it wrong or what, but I typically use windex, which is what I used, and that mofo came out streaky as all get out. I also used water and it didn’t help. I didn’t use it for long enough to care that much either, but that’s the only thing I don’t like about it. Would I recommend this? Sure. Just find a way to clean it, because I definitely don’t know how to.

This shield is nearly just as dark as the inner flip visor that is inside my Stream Omega! It's very convenient for day-time riding and at night it's actually not too dark to use. It's almost like polarized lenses. It blocks out tons of light in the day and at night, the shield doesn't seem as dark. Be warned: bugs seem to love you more when you're wearing this. This visor looks GREAT with the red omega helmet and I had no fitting issues. This scratches easily like most mirror shields do but that's ok if you know how to clean it. When cleaning, just take a wet a micro-fiber rag with warm water and leave it on the shield for 5-10 minutes. DO NOT USE PAPER TOWELS to wipe. You can use a paper towel to dab the shield and get some of the water off but then USE A MICRO-FIBER RAG to wipe to avoid scratching.... or just use a blow-dryer to air-dry it.

Great quality Has pinlock Cheaper than LS2 brand and just as good as far as I can tell.

I LOVE how this visor makes my helmet look. So glad I bought the visor I wanted for $45 instead of buying a new helmet with a visor I didn't want for <$45. Only down side is it gets dirty very easily, but that's only because it's a scratch resistant and super clean material. The air seal on my helmet is better now too, less noise and air gets in. Fits perfectly. Highly recommend!!!

Looks nice think it would be nice if I could get it to fit my valiant it says LS2 however not the valiant so now I have to send it back and waste more time Oh well
