Fantastic System with GREAT Customer Service and Tech Support!
This is a fantastic and economical system, I have been blown away. Waited almost a year and a half to review to be sure it is lasting. I hired a plumber to help do the original install as I am not very mechanically inclined LOL! But even with cost of installation, this system is WAAAAAY cheaper than what the local water purification companies want to sell you... one of them quoted my $2,500+ for a similar R-O setup!I have VERY HARD well water, tastes very sulfureous. This R-O system truly works wonders, it filters WAY BETTER than even bottled water. My water straight from the kitchen tap (unfiltered) is usually between 350-450 ppm in total dissolved solids (TDS). Check out the readings above, where the store bought bottled water is 119 ppm TDS, my tap water is 371ppm TDS, and the iSpring I-O system water is only 36ppm TDS!! It tastes FANTASTIC. I also have a line running from my iSpring R-O to my refrigerator/icemaker and also to my coffee machine. The system doesn't take up that much room, and is easy to operate. I ordered a set of filters and changed them recently. It wasn't that hard to install the new filters, but somehow afterwards the system wasn't filtering effectively-- turned out to be my own mistake! I called the iSpring customer service line and Nick was the most helpful person I have dealt with in YEARS. He had me take pics of the connections and email to him, which let him quickly diagnosed that I had accidentally connected two lines backwards on the membrane filter--- a quick switch and PROBLEM SOLVED!! Works like a charm. Please do yourself a favor and buy this system, your water will taste WAY BETTER than bottled water from the grocery store and you'll have an endless supply without creating tons of plastic bottle waste and inconvenience. You can even use this iSpring water in a sodastream machine to make your own seltzer drinks. Get it... your body will thank you!Great product, great company, great service, economical!

Smooth Installation, Amazing Water, and a Free Extended Warranty!
I am incredibly happy with my iSpring RCC7P-AK system and am giving it a well-deserved 5 stars. The installation went very smoothly and everything is working perfectly. The water tastes amazing, and the system delivers great pressure. I also want to give a special shoutout to Robert from iSpring customer support, who was extremely helpful and made it quick and easy to get my free extended warranty. Highly recommended!

Clean Water, affordable filters, great AMERICAN based company :)
Very nice quality system, replacement filters are affordable and so far I've experienced great customer service from an AMERICAN based company. I had to contact the manufacturer for a quick verification to an inquiry I had. To my surprise a native English speaking (I have an auditory processing disorder making it hard for me to understand regular conversations let alone a conversation with someone who speaks with a heavy accent) HUMAN representative answered the phone and my inquiry in 2 seconds. This really validated any concerns I had about my purchase.I've had a cheap RO system before so I'm somewhat familiar with how RO systems work. This time around I wanted a beefier/better filter for my "new" house as my plan is to use the system for ANY water to be consumed.I bought the model with the electric pump to process the RO water a little faster. The untreated water is 'forced' through the RO filter and rely on line pressure to do so. The unit with the electric pump helps generate clean water a little faster and keep better pressure on the system.Although this is an under-sink filter system, I opt'd to install mine in the basement underneath where the kitchen sink is. Regardless of where you install it, the system installed quick and easy. This is designed to be installed in-line with the kitchen sink so if you want to do a basement installation like mine, you will need some additional parts to make it work although this is not a typical setup.Overall, I'm very happy with the quality of the items, the quality of the water and taste. It's even improved the taste of the coffee. I would recommend to friends, family, and strangers looking for a water filter.Unrelated to the product itself (specifically Amazon): BUYER BEWARE, as you should be with anything you buy on Amazon. I bought this 1 week before prime day (July 8, 2025) knowing it might go on sale in a few day but I wanted to install it over the holiday weekend as I was off of work. I contacted Amazon via their chat bot and was told by an Amazon representative to go ahead and buy it and if the item went on sale, they would "work with me" but was also told they didn't offer price matching on sales. OK, I thought...they said they would "work with me" and I took that for more than it was worth and foolishly ordered the item. Of course, the item immediately went on sale during Prime Day for almost $70 less. I would have been ok with say $7 less from a sale but it went on sale for $70 less. That is a huge price difference and when I contacted Amazon for them to "work with me", they acted as if I was the crazy one and that the representative never said that. Well, they did offer me a "courtesy credit" for the difference but that isn't cash back, that is a credit to your amazon account that can only be used on Amazon.com sold items. I still had to pay the full amount to my credit card company.Anyhow, they also did tell me I could purchase the new item then return the original item to get the lower price. I [again] foolishly didn't do this but should have...so my point is, play the Amazon game and do your due diligence to get the best price because Amazon doesn't care if the item is 3x more or less, they ain't voluntarily offering you anything better unless you kick and scream and then MAYBE they'll offer you a courtesy credit that can only be used on select items.Don't let Amazon be the reason you don't purchase this filter. The above paragraph is specific to Amazon, not the device.

Amazing filtration unit, Amazing Customer Service
We have been buying filtered water from town due to a fairly strong chlorine taste in the municipal water. The water is good otherwise. My wife and I live at the end of the municipal water system, on a hill, so we knew the pressure wouldn't reliably be high enough for an RO system unless we purchased one with a pump. I looked at the reviews on the iSpring boosted system and decided to purchase the one you see. There isn't a trace of chlorine taste!! It took good water and made it great!!1) Some have complained of a noisy pump. That apparently has been resolved. The one we got almost can't be heard in the cabinet under the sink.2) It is super easy to "install". Great video guidance on YouTube that the company has put up. They have updated the videos periodically (I found three different ones), the most recent one was most helpful to me. I dropped a star on the ease of installation because I had to get creative on how to fit it into the cabinet. I didn't know ahead of time that the filter cartridges were supposed to be supported, the weight of the water and filters aren't good for the housing. So I built a bracket and mounted it under the sink that allows the filters to sit on the floor of the cabinet. To remove it, I lift it off the two retaining screws and set it on the floor outside the cabinet to service. The included hoses are long enough. Everything else was plug and play.3) The feed water adapter is designed to be installed by hand - it takes very little pressure to seal. I didn't know that ahead of time and every time I tried to tighten it down, the oring seal distorted and was pushed into the tube. I instinctively used hand pressure, it sealed and although the company offer to send me a new one, I felt that it was doing what it was designed to do and it was 'pilot error' that caused the issue.4) That brings me to the best part - the customer service is AWESOME!!! The communication is kept in a single thread so that it is all documented together. The service rep that has been helping me, Richard, has only treated me with respect. I know everyone who has called customer service somewhere has experienced the attitude that treats you like a dumb little kid who is just trying to take advantage of the company. Not here. They have really been helpful. An issue that we are still trying to resolve is an auto flush solenoid valve that is 'thumping', clicking off and on. When I asked about it, he immediately sent a new one to replace the defective part.5) I never saw anyone comment on the Alkaline filter so I wanted to mention it here. When you first install it, it will make your water taste 'salty' due to high concentrations of minerals. Let the water run for 30 seconds if it has been sitting all night before you make your first pot of coffee. It is the last thing in the system before the faucet, so there are no minerals in the storage tank. In a couple of weeks the fine mineral particles are gone and it is a non issue. Our source water is 49 TDS (total dissolved solids). When we first installed the system, after sitting all night, from the filter we were getting 123 TDS. Flushing the water took care of that. Now, 4 months of use, the filtered water reads 4 TDS, no flushing necessary, and no chlorine taste.

Excellent unit!
My parents recent had their water tested and the found high nitrates. They live near farm land so...probably the source. They got quotes for $1,500 to $2,000 to install an RO Point of use system.I told them I had installed an iSpring in my house in the basement and ran it to my refrigerator for in the door water and ice. I use the faucet for large bottles in the basement because I didn't want to drill stainless steel (I did it at old house and it's a big pita and turns out sloppy). They have a soap dispenser they don't use so I swapped out the soap for faucet. I got them the unit with pump booster for better efficiency. While they probably don't need the mineral booster it came with the unit.First, since I bought my unit 7 years ago...they have seriously improved packaging. Everything was well protected and tightly packed.Since we (I) were installing in the basement I have to buy 50ft of polyethylene 1/4, one T push connect to split to sink and ice maker, and one 3/4 inch to 1/4 compression sharkbite ( only because I didn't feel like waiting for glue to dry...and SBs should last 15 years+).If installing under the sink, they provide everything for easy and clean connections. All kinds of extra/spart parts, O-rings, tubing, etc.Yes, it includes filters for a starter set.My unit, for comparison, does not have the booster pump. What I didn't know was, even though it has a pressure/expansion tank, it needs the pump plugged in to make water. I found this out hard way when I didn't see any more water flowing to the system. I pulled the feed line off and...well...the pressure made a nice water explosion. Yes, you need the pump turned on for it to work and make water. While it probably took much longer than connecting under the sink it works great. The water tastes smooth and soft - hard to describe.I'm sure once the ice maker makes a batch or two of ice - it will taste better too.For their hookup it was and extra $60 for supplies (I had run a long line under their crawlspace and another to an hvac drain line).Faucet was very easy to install too with a push connector.Very happy with system. Now, they don't have to worry about drinking nitrates in their water and ice!I think I left a good review for my iSpring system 7 years ago too. Good product +customer service = consumer loyalty!

Great RO system and tremendous product support by Nick
Florida is not noted for its delicious drinking water and Sarasota is no exception. To rectify this I ordered an iSpring RCC7P-AK reverse osmosis under-the-counter water system from Amazon four years ago. I am not the quickest guy in the world when it comes to putting things together but it was was relatively easy to set up because the instructions were clear and the company has posted a step-by-step YouTube video to facilitate the process. The taste of my water is now much improved and the unit worked flawlessly for four years with semi-annual filter changes until a few weeks ago when the flow was very slow coming out of the unit.I called the iSpring customer support telephone number and was pleasantly surprised. Instead of encountering an answering machine with a long menu of options to choose from interspersed with music and product offers while I answered the questions and waited in line for an agent to answer, a real person actually answered my call. And not just any person, but a trained technical services representative named Nick.Nick asked why I was calling, I explained my problem and he immediately began troubleshooting it over the phone. He suspected my pressure tank was probably low in pressure and recommended that I empty the water tank, adjust the pressure with a bicycle pump and pressure gauge and then give it a couple of hours to refill. He told me the procedure was clearly explained in an on-line YouTube video which he told me where to find. He finished by saying if I had any questions or problems to feel free to call him back.I did as he directed and for a while the RO output water pressure was fine. However after about a week it reverted to being super slow again. So I called the iSpring customer support telephone number again and, just like the last time, it was immediately answered by Nick.I explained that the output RO water pressure was low again and that I had checked the pressure in the tank with my pressure gauge and that dirty water had spurted out when I checked the pressure and the gauge read 70 psi, which is 10 times what it should be. He concluded that the tank had a ruptured diaphragm and needed to be replaced. He asked me how old the unit is and when I told him he said it was out of warranty. I prepared myself for the worst, figuring it was going to be expensive to replace. To my surprise he said he would send me a new one at no cost if I would send me an Amazon proof of purchase receipt which I promptly supplied. The following business day I received a mail saying the replacement pump was being dispatched. Now that is what I call customer service. Hooray ISpring, Hooray Nick!

I think it’s a good water filter, good purchase.
I bought it in December 2025. Relatively easy to install. I’m really glad I did. My well water really tastes awful! There was no way I could’ve installed it under the sink, it would’ve made it extremely difficult to change the filters. I bought some more plastic tubing and I ran it through the cabinets and next to my washing machine. I built a little caddy so I could pull it out and access everything easily when I need to and I didn’t lose that very valuable cabinet space . I was a little bit afraid of adding extra length to the hoses, but if it made any difference, it seems negligible. It works great for me. I’m a single person, but I do drink a LOT of water. I am especially glad that I got the electric booster pump! I can’t imagine this thing pumping clean water using the pressure from my water system! To me it seems like it would have to be using like hundreds of gallons (cumulatively) of water to pump 3 gallons of filtered water. The pump is VERY quiet. I was very happy about that. You can barely hear it at all. As far as I can tell it pumps nice clean water and I’m really glad that it re-mineralizes the water! We have extremely hard water here, I was getting plenty of calcium and magnesium, I did not like the idea of losing that source of minerals, but hopefully so far so good.Thank you I am very happy with my purchase. I’m glad I didn’t get the super basic model.

Great once it's installed, but installation was tough.
The filter is now installed and is working well for several weeks. It is very easy to use, and although it seems like changing the filters will be a pain, it only has to be done between every 6 months to a year. I tested our tap water with a PPM meter and it was in the 40s (actually not bad), but after running through the RO system it is down to 14 PPM (probably would be closer to 0 without the trace minerals added back in by the system). The installation however, was not a piece of cake, and it took my husband and I close to a day to complete (and we are pretty handy). We already had an extra hole in our sink, so we didn't have to drill that, but because we live in NYC we did have to drill though the metal drain pipe (which apparently is only required in NYC).The most difficult thing however, was troubleshooting the system, where it was stopped up in several places. The instructions are sub par (and not specific to having the pump or the additional mineral filters), and the company is not available on the weekend for tech support. The plastic tubes need to be pushed in a a full 1/2", farther than it seems necessary, or they will leak (which happened with all of our connections). In addition, several of the connections that were set at the factory were faulty, and we had to take them all apart and put them back together to get them to work. So, an incredibly frustrating day all around. Also, even after draining the first tank per the instructions, the second tank had a milkiness to it that didn't dissipate, so we had to drain the tank a second time. By the third tank the water was clear. The taste isn't amazing, but it beats tap water. My husband also likes to run it through the Brita as well, which he says makes it taste better. One very important thing to note, although there are systems that will work on water pressure alone, this system will not work without power to the pump, so make sure it is plugged in when you're ready to test the system. Also, the pump will only pump when it senses a lack of pressure, so if you're troubleshooting you may need to drain parts of the system to get the pump to activate after troubleshooting. Now that it's installed, we like it a lot, and we haven't had any issues. The faucet is attractive. We did set up the leak detector, but we haven't had any leaks. I usually take a large bottle of the filtered water with me to work, and I have noticed I drink less water overall; the RO water doesn't make me thirsty like regular water. Considering that I used to drink tons of water (way more than necessary), this is a huge improvement.

Good very clean water you can tell the difference highly recommend
Absolutely amazing when you compair 2 glasses of filtered and standard tap water side by side the difference in water quality is alot filtered is crystal clear for the first few weeks its tasteless and does leave a slight dry sensation in your throat but after the first month of using it it's gone from ph7 to ph27 so I guess the remineralizate filter has started to work I wouldn't drink standard tap water now this water tastes much better I give it 10/10 it was also very easy to fit myself buy a cheap digital ph pen off here it will show you the state of your filters when the phone increases over time also to check against your standard tap water love it

Acqua buona sempre disponibile
