As a nurse, I've had problems with skin shedding from the palms of my hands for years. Although serious lotions would help some, the skin still peeled, sometimes deeply enough for my hands to bleed. Very painful! I had a patient family member insist that I try this Avon Silicone Glove Hand Cream and it has been a game changer. After application I can wash my hands several times without overdrying, then I reapply. My hands do still dry, but the skin is no longer peeling. It took one full tube to get to this stage and I've started with a new one. It doesn't take much, so that helps and I generally only use the cream while working. The first picture of peeling skin is before I began using the product. The second picture is before applying the cream this morning and while you can see a bit of peeling, that is about as bad as it gets. You can see the scarring of a previous area that shed. I would strongly recommend this.

If you dont like very oily cream or your skin doesnt do good with very oily creams and you just need to get something to get you moisturized so you stop cracking then this is your cream. Very good with dry skin and you dont need so much.

Amazon plainly want me to address moisturizing ability, which is medium; and scent, which is neutral to slightly eh; and softness which is just okay. Sounds awful, right?But this lotion is PERFECT for work, or at least my work. The smell neutral enough the guys can & will use it or certainly won’t offend them. If you wash your hands a lot, especially in constant cold water…. This really seems to add the right amount of protection to your skin. It is not greasy at all, which is amazing. You can continue doing paperwork and it provides just enough tactile help that you can shuffle papers with no paper cut issues nor leaving greasy lotion marks on the paperwork. Softness… it helps to keep working hands from getting winter wrecked so bad, but it’s not going to give you dainty lady hands.It’s good enough I’ve bought a couple of times… but for work, not for luscious pampering.

I struggle with cracked heels and this the only lotion that has ever helped. I see huge improvements in a week if I use it everyday and in a couple weeks my heels are completely smooth

Best skin protection, soothes , comforts , extremely dry skin , especially if you wash your hands alot.

I always thought this was a great lotion back in the day. Still is. Non greasy!
