This product has been perfect for our needs. The only complaint I have is that I will get a notice saying the room is too hot, when in actuality it is just fine. This happened in the summer months but the temperature was nowhere near what it said it was. Besides that, the picture has great quality, even the night vision. And I absolutely love how the monitor can switch between two cameras back and forth, or just stay on one camera. Also, the customer service is amazing. I was able to get a replacement monitor when the antenna broke on the other one, and was able to keep that one as a back up if needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer service. 5/5 would highly recommend.

We needed three cameras and got this one to supplement. Works great. Wish night vision picture was more clear but it does the job well. No signal loss works as described with other two cameras.

I bought this extra camera to go with the monitor and single camera I had bought before. It connected very easily to the monitor I had. I really like the features of this camera (two way microphone, plays lullabies, etc.) and it's system. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for an economical video monitoring system that is able to be added to, if needed.

I find the product a life saver. It alerted me to my spouse having a bad dream. I was able to ran to him IN TIME. It’s energy saver mode proved its sensitivity to motion & sound. Definitely a gadget worth purchasing.

Started out fine. After a month or so of having it, it would randomly disconnect from the monitor. Then it started turning night vision off so it was impossible to see my sleeping child. I'd like to return/possibly exchange, but I don't have the packaging anymore. ETA: someone from the company reached out to me and will be sending me replacements to see if they work better! Great customer service.

We purchased this so we couldn’t keep a close eye on my mother who lives upstairs. I keep it on my nightstand at night and the unit is plugged in. Apparently keep this plugged in after the battery is fully charged wears down the life of the battery The screen informs you when the battery is fully changed and stated to unplug it. This is great however, I wake in the middle of the night to use the facilities and the unit has a dead battery and I am unable to see my mother. I have to plug it in and again view it while it’s charging. I would feel much more confident just leaving it plugged in at all times. A bit frustrating.

Bought A third camera for my son‘s playroom. Decided to use suction cups and hang it from the window turned out perfectly great angle! I already know from past experience that this company‘s customer service is beyond amazing. I had an issue with my monitor and after some troubleshooting found out that there was no fixing it. They over nighted me out a new monitor! The power cord that came with this one is very long and I love that! Very helpful to get the camera where I need it versus where my plugs are set up.
