Good quality
Nice quality, it fits my body type perfect, lots of room in the shoulder and arms area, and enough room to wear 2-3 layers underneath. material feels like it will last a long time. Color is nice too. Can't find any cons about this jacket, I guess I will see how it holds up after months of use at work.

Reminiscent of the good ole carhartt jackets
Since Carhartt stopped most domestic production, and starting making huge huge oversized lower quality clothing i needed a change. I have had 4 older carhartt's from the late 90s that i wore every day to work for years and years! They were great, tough and wore true to size! I was always a medium so never had a sizing issue. Since then i looked at the newer ones and could not believe how huge they are. Not only that but they have lousy components such has buttons, stitching and zippers.Long story short i looked at all the leading competitor's products and walked away with an uneasy feeling not buying any. The Berne jacket was true to size but the arm lengths were 4" too long, and the pockets were shallow and the elastic around the waste was overly tight making the chest and belly area puff out!.The dickies was just flat out cheap. It looks cheaply made and the duck shell was low quality. I dont even want to continue talking about it cause they too have fallen victim too overseas corporate buyouts.C.e. Schmidt the tractor supply brand was basically the same as the dickies but for some reason fit and finish was a little better quality. I did not care for the zipper as it is weak. I think this may sound strange but it lacks identity and charisma that i believe carhartt used to possess. It was just an ok jacket that may give you a couple hard years of workWalls bomber hoodie jacket(sherpa lined) i think could be a potential "decent" jacket. It reminded me honestly of a polished up dickies jacket... Here to find out they are owned by dickies and manufactured in the same offshore plant. I was turned off by it all cause Walls was a great american company at one time.Enter Dri duck. Could not find in stores so i took a gamble and ordered one on amazon. I ordered my usual medium and when it arrived i was shocked at the heft of the package thinking here we go again...another jacket 3× too big. As i began to open it i was impressed by how soft the duck shell was. Very Finely brushed and broken in, yet reeks of toughness...very unique qualities. Upon putting on it was apparent that the jacket was perfectly proportioned in its length, width and sleeve dimensions. The flannel lining is soft and feels of quality. The stitching that secures the flannel and polyester filling is TIGHT! With no loose threads. Shocked! I then zipped up the big zipper and realized it was shockingly similar to the old usa carhartt's of the pre 2000's. It zipped up perfect and shows heft and quality. The cuffs and waist and excellent, Not too tight and not to loose. I am able to raise my arms and the sleeves or waist do not rise. The hood is perfectly sized and not bulky at all, could accommodate a hefty hat plus hood just fine as well. The inner lining of the sleeves are nylon and provide easy putting on and taking off task. This is truly an "active" jacket that is true to size.To sum this up i believe we have a company that is dedicated to quality as evident in the Cheyenne jacket. This jacket has all the qualities of the old usa Carhartt's without the badge and premium price. This jacket has " identity" and "charismatic" qualities not found in the land of Dickies and company. Dri duck is now all i will where for our cold northeast Ohio winters. Buy it... You wont regret!

Amazing. Comfy. Keeps you dry and warm.
I absolutely love it. Buy a size up because they run a little small. Im a 5'7" woman who is 220 and I got myself an XL and its comfortable. But I also bought the same size for my brother who is 6'2" and 200 lbs and it fits him fine.

Great jacket
My husband had a jacket like this and wore it out. I replaced it with this one and he loves it. (It’s very similar to the one he had) He says it’s heavy duty, rugged and super comfortable…….and warm. He’s only 5’11 but I got him the xx tall. It fits perfect and covers his behind.

Just as good as a Carhartt equivalent.
Looks:I like the dark brown color (Tobacco) and the fit is perfect. I'm 6'1" 195 lbs and I could definitely wear a hoodie underneath without it getting too bulky. No defects at all, same triple stich as others. I like the small Dri-Duck logo on the left hand pocket.Warmness:With just an undershirt, flannel, and the jacket on, I'm comfortable at 40, maybe even 30 degrees F. The hood holds the heat in and is very functional and warm. It's a heavy jacket (4 or 5 lbs) and with the canvas shell and quilted lining, you don't need much else on underneath to stay warm while being active. Being stationary and outside in this jacket may get you feeling a little chilly so add a layer.
