I have been taking this for some time now. I get it from my chiropractor. I wanted to save some money so I ordered it through Amazon. Didn't save a lot but every little bit helps. The order was shipped promptly. No problem with the shipment or the product. The pills are a little hard to swallow since there's no coating. For the remedy I just chew a little food, poke the pills in and then swallow.

I have ordered these for my children for years.a doctor wanted to put my daughter, at the age of 8, on a permanent hormone prescription..I said no and utilized these:her problem went away..now she uses these when needed.

I was a bit cynical about whether this would work or not. After taking it for several months, however, I noticed that some skin issues I was having had cleared up. I have always had dry hands in the wintertime but now my hands and especially my fingertips would get dry patches so bad my skin looked and felt like I had a million little paper cuts. It hurt to do everything - fold clothes, change diapers, chop vegetables. It got so bad I could barely use my hands - not a good situation for a mommy! I tried all sorts of lotions but I could tell the problem was more than just dry skin - something internal was causing it. I also had a rash on my legs that kept my husband and I awake at night because I was scratching so much. I don't know for sure that the yeast overgrowth was causing my skin issues. But now, even though it is the dead of winter, my hands are clear and the dryness is now manageable with good quality lotion. The rash on my legs is gone. So whether total yeast redux was the thing that fixed it or not, it is definitely something I would use again if I notice any skin issues returning!
