Although you don’t know what you will receive I’m still very happy with these fabrics. I’ve ordered 4 times now and although some same designs some not they’re still great and perfect for what I need them for. It’s pot luck on colours and designs I’ve not had any that I don’t like or can’t be used.

I love them! I'm not 100% convinced they are all pure wool as a few of them feel more like polyester ( slighty shiny). But they are lovely to work with and the designs are attractive. I will buy again.

This product arrived very promptly. The quality of the tweed is very good and the squares are cut very precisely. I was dissappointed with the overall dullness and darkness of the colours. I presume most people would want these squares for patchwork projects, in which case the selection should contain an equal amount of brighter and darker colours. This is not the case with the package I received. I understand that the pieces are from different manufacturers but more consideration needs to be paid to the colour distribution. I would not buy these again.

I'm so happy with my samples. This was a brand I was recommended for historical clothing and I'm so pleased that I can get these samples. I'm planning on creating a patchwork victorian waistcoat and am buying my second batch to hopefully find more autumn colours. The description was clear so I knew what to expect when my package arrived. The patches are a good size for small projects or patchwork projects and they make sure that there is a good variety of colours, textures and patterns.

Yes, you get small squares of random color—but that is half the fun! If they had been bigger pieces, I might have been too precious with them to experiment. I pieced six squares together to recover a bench that had gotten ratty. I think it came out looking like I bought it at a high-end furniture store (nicks in the wood finish part of the “patina.”) I am going to buy more squares—maybe for tweedy bespoke face masks? The wool is thick and not stretchy, but not too stiff. Didn’t feel rough or itchy. It has a slightly silky feel. If I ever splurge on covering a whole chair, I’m buying a whole piece from the factory. 10/10

La livraison s'est faite en 6 jours pour ces carrés de tweed qui viennent du royaume uni,ce qui est très correct comme délais. Les pièces de tweed sont de très belle qualité,au nombre de 10,et mesurent bien 23 cm de côté. Elles sont toutes différentes. Bien sur,cela reste un peu cher pour des chutes de tissu,mais le tweed de laine coûte cher. Je compte les utiliser pour faire un patchwork,dans le style des créations de Bonnie Sullivan,les tissus commercialisés spécifiquement pour,étant vraiment hors de prix ! C'est une bonne alternative,d'autant que ceux ci sont tout aussi beaux !
