Great upgrade
Amazing upgrade from stock 105 pulley wheels. Be aware that 105 pulley wheels are not directional, but these Ultegra ones are.Miles more smooth, and use actual bearings. Installation took no more than 5 minutes.

Easy affordable sealed bearing swap for 7000 105 pulleys...
Took just few minutes to swap these out for the stock pulleys in my new Shimano 7000 Series 105 11-speed short cage rear derailleur. They spin noticeably smoother in the hand and pedaling. Great little cheap upgrade.
