Needed these after surgery. Awesome support.
My wife bought these for me when they were recommended by the surgeon after my abdominal surgery. They were awesome. The support of a jock strap (supporter) but the comfort of underwear. Best of the bunch! Oh, and adjustable for everyday use or physically demanding tasks where support may be needed. We bought next size up as I fit right on the line between sizes, so they run a little, only a little small. No shrink noticed after multiple washes. Feature adjustable pouch drawstring, surprisingly comfortable despite appearance. This was the most comfortable of my choices and the one that will remain in my undies drawer.

Poorly made
Item was received in a timely manner II tried the unit on war them for a full day my opinion is this is more gimmick than usability the draw strains were a nuisance it did not support my crotch area at all the shorts were very small for the size given it's said on advertisement 6" insane but it was more like 2 and a 1/2 inches I spent most of the day pulling the underwear out from my crotch from rising up....AFTER 2ND WEAR:It has been a couple times wearing this unit. So, I found out that you have to pull the underwear up tight on your junk then tie the draw string. That makes a nice little pouch for your goods. If the shorts wear sized properly, this would be a good unit. With the pulling up, not the inseam is tiny! My legs rub together and this makes it not a good fit for me.AFTER 3RD WEAR:the photos were difficult to take. Try holding open a pair with both hands and take pic by yourself...Well, after 3 washes and 3 wears the seams are giving way. There are more separations than what I could show in pics. These are not well made.I hope this help you on your decision. I believe in honesty. Information to make better decisions is what Im about4th TIME WEAR & WASH:So, after wearing for 4th time i noticed a large hole in the crotch. Now. $30 and 4 wears later, time to throw this in the trash.......SO ...SO... DISAPPOINTED!

It's a miracle
Why were these not around decades ago. I wore then today to the gym and I didn't have to adjust my junk once. No sack sticking to the legs. Great design in that it compartmentalizes your goods and keeps them out front away from the thighs. As you get older your sack gets lower and the balls suffer from the hang when you sit or if you are doing leg exercises. Try a pair. The material is so light you feel like you skipped underwear for the day. Just ordered 4 more pair.

Not great
Good idea, poor execution. When you cinch up your package with the drawstring, a handful of things happen, most of which aren't good: first, you'll notice that cinching up the drawstring creates bunched-up areas around the pouch perimeter that then chafe the underside of your berries; next, the pouch pulls your junk forward (a good thing), but this cinched-up pouch is now of a smaller size and capacity than you started with and probably smaller than you'd prefer, creating an uncomfortable, soon-to-be-sweaty mess; third, cinching the pouch tight draws the waistline of the underwear down toward your package, creating a peek-a-boo effect with your treasure trail and pubic hair (which some may like, and others may hate); fourth, the cinched-up pouch is only comfortable and supportive so long as you hike the legs of the underwear higher up your thighs, which turns your trunks into briefs or your boxer briefs into trunks; fifthly, once you're cinched into the pouch to a level where your junk is as supported as you'd like while standing up, you'll quickly find that it's now super uncomfortable to sit for any length of time (unbearable, actually); and lastly, when you're cinched into these things, you'll find that it's nearly impossible to use the access flap. In summary: not a good time, would not recommend to a friend.

As advertised
It is what it is

Buy for hydrocele but don't expect them to be good quality material
Good for if you have a hydrocele you're dealing with, but terrible quality other wise. Ripped in the crotch area after 1 month

Inaccurate sizing chart
Sizing chart is not accurate. The drawstring is extremely thick and is very uncomfortable and not really suited for it's purpose.
