Overheated 🔥
I used it to control a vent fan that draws 2.5 amps, at 12 volts DC. This is 25% more amperage draw than is within their specifications. During my bench test, it seemed to work fine was easily controlled and I was happy with the device. After the test I picked it up and burnt my finger. I shot it with a laser thermometer to find out it was 180° Fahrenheit. That test only lasted 2 minutes. I will be returning it.

Nice addition to my fan
Works great to set varying speeds on the computer fan in my fish house.

DC motor controller
Ordered these to control 2 small brushless axial fans. Works great. Wide range of adjustment and screw terminals hold tight.

Well designed and manufactured. Parts worth more than the cost. A few comments that may or may not be a problem
Well designed and manufactured. A bargain really (the parts are worth more than the cost). A couple of comments however. There is no common ground between the input power and the output pwm signal. If you try to connect them together, the unit won't work. This makes it difficult to actually use in many applications. I had to design and build my own pwm module which is similar. Second, the output waveform is not a clean pulse. There is some undershoot on the downside. Not sure why this is and could easily not be a problem in application. There is also no documentation provided. None is really necessary I guess, but there should be at least a small sheet, even if just for marketing purposes. This is something that it seems none of the Chinese manufacturers understand for some reason. The engineering and quality of their electronic products deserve at least a half a sheet of documentation. Doesn't really cost anything.

Great little low voltage speed control.
Worling perfectly to control the speed of a Legos motor in a model V* engine.
