FortinEVO-AUDT1 Stand-Alone Add-On Remote Start Car Starter System for Audi Key-Port Vehicles

I ordered the Evo-Audt1 for my wives 2013 Q5. I honestly thought the install would be harder than it was. The T harness that came included made this install a breeze. I did have some complications with the configuration but that was due to user error. I used T tap connectors to connect the only 3 wires that were needed to be connected and they were too big for the wires and would not make connection to the can-hi and can-low wires. After a quick replacement the rest of the programming went without any issues. Way cheaper than other setups and this kit didn't need a donor key. Great bang for the buck.

Seller sent the wrong part twice. They labeled over the actual part number with this part number. I gave up and got a refund and bought elsewhere. If you get the correct part, it works well. Instructions are not great, but I found a decent YouTube video.

Great product. No key lost to add remote start. Great support from manufacture via phone call. Used on 2009 Audi a5 3.2 auto usa car. Install took me a few hours and was well worth it. Would recommend this product to anybody with the b8 gen Audi.

It requires some patience to install. Took me a while to figure it out since the instructions are not the best. Be sure to get the flash link tool to flash the unit from your PC. Once it was all figured out though it works perfectly. I installed it in my son's car and he has been using it all winter.

Good customer support, but they couldn’t solve my problem. I ended up using the EVO-ONE to get this to work on my 2013 A5.

I spent way too much time, flashing, re flashing, researching. This Fortin product will not work with the 2016 Audi Q5! I even talked to a Fortin installation expert at Car Toys and they had the same problem with just this year of Audis. Do not recommend.
