This product is amazing for my knee after my ACL surgery and it improved my flexibility. It helps to stretch it out, relax and stabilise. Definitely continue using it until my knee is fully recovered.

I've always struggled with tight hamstrings. I've never been able to touch my toes. I'd also recently started running and was starting to develop an ache in my achilles tendon - so I really needed to work on the flexibility of my achilles tendon and calf muscles. This strap is ideal. It is very made and looks like it will last for many years. EverStretch also give you access to their online portal which has information booklet and instructional videos on a huge range of stretches. This is fantastic for me since I've never really known what stretches I need to resolve my flexibility issues nor how to perform stretches properly.

This is a great for all kinds of stretching,the quality and stitching is great. I take mine to my Wing Chung club to stretch and warm up before class.

So good for flexability. My 8 year old was gifted this to review on instagram and amazon. Weve used similar items before but shes always struggled as they were moved and rubbed on her feet. This is padded and layered so there is no rubbing. Its adjustable and adapts with her so she can keep progressing. Really love this item. Bought another one for her to gift a friend.

I have really enjoyed using and training with this product. As a figure skater it is perfect for increasing my split position stretch and improving my biellman. The loops allow me to monitor my stretch as well like using the 1st loop and getting more and more flexible. Highly recommend it.

Great piece of equipment, bought this as I have recently started martial arts training again and needed a quick boost to my flexibility. I have also bought the door trainer pro and while going to classes and using both of these I have gone from having a great leg kick to been able to kick to the head (with some more work needed) in a matter of months.

It's only been a couple of days since starting to use the strap to help with stiff legs, but already feeling the benefit. Great product and very well made.

I love the consecutive loops pre-sewn into this strap. It allows for quick adjustments when practicing therapeutic stretches. With this strap, I can easily lasso a foot in the back plane of my body. And then, I can quickly transition to another stretch with my forearms in each loop. The loops bring an ease and flow to my therapeutic movement work including yoga and pilates. The strap material is nice and wide, too, which allows for comfortable placement on foot, leg, hand, and arm. Furthermore, the two end loops are larger and have a soft cushioning sewn into the inside which makes it extra nice and super comfortable for sustained holds. As well, the strap is well constructed with quadruple and double stitching at the loops. This is a high quality strap that also comes with educational print materials as well as an online resource for how to use it. If you enjoy working with straps in your movement practice, this one is a terrific addition due to the consecutive loops, quality construction, and extra cushioning.
