Love these beautiful Bone china mugs, very classy!

I purchased 2 sets of these really lovely mugs & they were just the right size for what I wanted. Unfortunately one mug is chipped, wrapped well & no damage to packaging so damage must have occurred at the factory. I took a long time to decide on the mugs I wanted & chose what I thought were quality mugs. If I had bought cheap mugs maybe the damage wouldn't matter so much. I am disappointed and will try to get a replacement from the supplier but I don't hold out much hope.

Beautiful, simple, great quality. Mistakenly believed it was a set of four cups and saucers. A bit daft on my part really.The quality is clean, simple and faultless. There isn't a faint tainted smell when loaded with tea.Clean, fuss free, elegant quality.I have two now, lovely addition to my service. Recommended.

Was expecting bowls to come from Worcester not China. Can you confirm that the bowls are made in China under licence for Royal Worcester .?!The bowls are very dainty and bone china.

This is a beautiful tea cup and saucer - pure white bone china and perfect for a medium cup of tea - which genuinely does taste better in this cup. I’d love a set!

I previously bought 4 of these in 2020, excellent shape, good size but getting stained . As a result I bought 4 more this month. They arrived yesterday.Unfortunately on using 2 of the new ones this afternoon one is badly cracked , another leaks from the bottom of the handle. We have yet to use the other 2. They may also be cracked.Should I return all 4? At least 2 are unfit for purpose.
