Works fine, so long as you NEVER stop using it!
I've been using this to treat jock itch, since the formula is identical to the Zeasorb specifically designated for jock itch, but the price is roughly half as much. Before this, I tried several other antifungal powders, all of which had the same active ingredient in roughly the same concentration. My comment applies to all of them. This product cleared up my rash within a week. I kept using it for another couple of weeks. Then I stopped and Hey! Presto! the rash was back in full bloom the next day. I've tried to quit a couple of times since then, with the same result. So I suppose I'll be using it for the rest of my life. I mean, apparently it's either that or a radical crotchotomy. Which would YOU choose?EDIT as of 9/30/14: Based on the suggestion by "EightIsGreat" (see review below), I have switched to Boudreaux's Butt Paste, a 40% zinc oxide cream for diaper rash. It seems to be working better than the powder, although it's sticky and fairly messy to use, and hard to wash off hands. I'll re-post results after a few months, either here or under Butt Paste. Be sure to get the max strength version. Boudreaux's Butt Paste Maximum Strength Diaper Cream, 2 Ounce

Works perfectly!
This stuff works great! I've used it in skin folds to prevent friction and reduce chance for skin fold yeast infections. Used it to cure my last episode. Exercise makes me sweat and moisture doesn't go well with my skin folds (under breasts). I didn't want to share this much with the public but I recommend this product! Works great!

Good for athletes
My hubby is a personal trainer and in addition to having sneakers on for 14-16 hours a day, he gives 2-4 spinning classes a day. He used to have bad skin problems on his feet due to the accumulated sweat and bacteria but it's now been 3 months and no problems so far. He applies in the morning and is good for the rest of the day. We'll continue ordering this product!

Wish I had tried sooner..
This powder works very well on skin-fold rashes that have accompanying burning/itching. I use it for underneath the breasts and under the tummy where the rashes form from friction, moisture and infection. It works perfect and just as soon as applied onto clean, dry skin. It was recommended by a dermatologist for these type of skin rashes. It does the trick very well. And the fragrance is pleasant too.

I'm a bigger girl and I've been using this (on the recommendation of my dermatologist) for 10+ years under my skin folds (read breasts and tummy). Prior to using this I my skin would get red and hurt during the summer months. Since I started I have not had any heat rash or skin issues.

Seems to be working to help resolve my dog's yeast issues in his skin
My sweet older dog has a compromised immune system, so he is prone to developing skin infections and yeast issues. Recently his facial folds became rusty colored, and constantly damp, from his eyes watering due to an eye injury. I knew his facial skin was bothering him from the yeast issues (a telltale sign of yeast issues is reddish/brownish/rusty color developing in a dog's fur), but he was sick of me constantly trying to dry out his facial folder with a cloth. After a lot of research, I learned that the anti-fungal Miconazole is extremely effective in eliminating yeast issues in humans AND animals. After extensive research on Amazon, I was confused about what type of Miconazole product to purchase to help my dog. A cream? A powder? Which brands work best? Thankfully I read an excellent review by a previous purchaser, who had a yeast issue themselves, and had tried Miconazole powders such as Gold Bond, but they didn't work. The purchaser said they finally learned from a doctor that powders that contain starch will actually just continue any yeast infections because starch feeds it. Because I read that great tip in a review, I skipped all of the products containing starch, and chose this one, Zeasorb, because it does not contain starch.I have used this powder the last several days on my dog's facial folds and in between his paws where he has had yeast problems, and it seems to have started helping already. His facial folds are no longer consistently damp, and I see the reddish fur disappearing. I am very encouraged so far that this powder will help my dog feel much better.I only wish it was a little less expensive, as it is a small container of powder.

I have used this since taking the internal medicine to cure toenail fungus. The powder works well if used regularly.I ordered what I thought was a package of three from a third party supplier. Imagine my surprise to receive a package with only one. This meant the price was way out-of-line. What a rip-off. Be sure to carefully check the quantity when ordering.
