EXCELLENT experience--with a bonus
first-use assessment:i expected nothing so was well pleased when i followed directions and put on kimkoo's mask. the warmth radiating into my eyes was wonderful and immediate. i left it on for 10 minutes and there was enough residual warmth that it would have been pleasurable for, maybe, another 5 minutes. i was surprised how much moisture there was under the mask when i removed it.the aroma was an added bonus, in that it has a gentling affect, much like what you would expect if you warmed up some, i dunno, some flax seeds (wink).worth the purchase price.

Do not try to wash it
I purchased this item and washed it because it got dirty with face oils and mascara and stuff. I let it air dry because I read a review that said not to put it in the dryer. It took days to dry and once it did it was hard as a rock! I'm so disappointed. I purchased because of the good reviews. I got maybe 3 weeks worth of use out of it. By the time I went to return it, it said returns are only for 30 days and I was at day 32. Waste of money!.

Helps dry eye
I was a skeptic, but this really help with dry eye. You know it is working when your vision is blurry afterwards. It is also very relaxing.

This eye mask is wonderful. It arrived as promised by the seller. It's a great value for the cost, it is soft, it heats up evenly in the microwave, and it holds the heat for a long period of time. I am very happy with the results.

Mask Works Perfectly
This warming eye mask worked perfectly. It was comfortable and adjustable, easy to warm up in the microwave, and the flax seed not only provided moist heat but also added a relaxing nutty scent.

Not what I was expecting
Horrible! The mask was very, very heavy and couldn’t stay up on my face. The one by Wilson Wares is better

Good mask for the price.
At first I loved this mask. Great price and it seemed to help but with repeated use, ie, every night, after about a month you really have to heat it up (a full 60 sec) I don’t know if there is a place to replace the seeds or how often to. Overall for the price still a good find.

Very comfortable!
Son has a stye I his eye. This is betty soft and soothing. Rub some lavender or tea tree oil on cheek bone and put the warmed product on. Great item!
