Got as an affordable add in for my different retail stores first aid kits since commonly staff will complain of an upset stomach to go home. What can I say Alka-Seltzer is Alka-Seltzer. So as for flavor I guess if you like soda water you think it’s great. But most of all it does the job thank goodness

I enjoy the taste, no sugar or other thing diabetics can't or shouldn't have. Just enough aspirin to help me relax and fall asleep at night
