oval: length is 13" x 10.5" width x 5" deep

Q: Is this color teal or la mer?

La Mer; it's a beautiful deep, transparent teal, very dark. The Turquoise color is much, much lighter and opaque, it doesn't have this gorgeous depth. The Turquoise shade leans green to me, whereas this shade has more blue tones, but still very truly teal; it's my favorite of all the blues.

Q: This dutch oven is listed as 6 qt, is it really six quarts or a 5 quart? i have not yet seen a staub 6 quart oval dutch oven, which is what i want.

It's 5.8qts (5.5L). The next size up is a 7qt. This is the closest you can get to a 6qt. The color is outstanding, and having had a 7qt oval, I can say that I prefer this size for stove-top use, the 7 was just a bit too big for the arrangement of my burners, this smaller one fits much better.

Q: Is the 33cm / 6.7L a standard oval 7qt?

Great question ! Just filled mine with water to test volume - 6 qts filled it right to the very top.
