The 2.5 gallon was the perfect size for me, the BPA-free a must, and the cap/spigot a definite plus. However, the jug got crushed by something HEAVY in shipment and wouldn't stand upright. The plastic is quite strong and resisted any attempt to pop it back in shape. After showing the seller pics of the multiple indentations, they very nicely agreed to send out a second one. Shipping times can be a bit slow but the replacement arrived in perfect shape and i'm really happy with it. You get a smaller cap to go in place of the spigot when transporting it and the spigot itself will screw to the underside of the larger cap for storage (A well thought out arrangement) The spring I use is off road, down a steep and rough incline in the woods, so 2.5 gal is the safest weight for me to carry.

Containers seem to be ok but it took well over two weeks to get them. To the companies credit they chose to just give me the containers although I did not want to keep them as they arrived well too late for my needs.

Payed more for this 5 gallon water carrier than other offerings but the quality of this product is outstanding. We're quite happy with them. They don't leak at the spout as some others have.

Poor design. No really a poor pouring design. That really sums it up. If it's too hard to get the water out then what's the point

Very weak leaky top cap and spout is too weak for the volume of liquid...water will still seep through the spout valve gate even when fully closed.Great design but horrible weak materials
