Cushioned Dress Sport Orthotic Semi-Rigid Arch Support Shoe Insert

I was cautiously optimistic about buying insoles for the first time, especially online, but these did not disappoint. I've been dealing with heel spurs and sesamoiditis (metatarsal pain) caused by semi-flat feet. They immediately relieved the pain on my heels and balls of my feet! They hurt my arches for the first few days, but it has been worth it. My only thing I wish was different is the insoles to be full length. Since they aren't full length, they have to go on top of my shoe's regular insoles and that doesn't quite work in some of my shoes.

I bought these due to reviews on Amazon and I'm very glad I did. They are perfect for what I need. They are a significant improvement to my quality of life. I immediately bought a 2nd pair.I have pain along the side of my big toe and ball of my foot due to walking improperly. These insoles hold my feet in the proper position causing me to walk more correctly. They are substantial solid support while still being cushioned, flexible and comfortable.Details:I have Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and cannot lift my left foot off the floor when walking. I have to kind of drag it along the floor. Since I am disabled (I use a walker), I spend most of my time at home. I do not wear shoes in my house. I wear slippers. Since I have to drag my foot to walk, I cannot wear sturdy slippers with treads because the treads stick on the carpet and I can't drag my foot. So I wear smooth thin-soled slippers which then do not provide any support.When I drag my foot, all the pressure goes along the side of my big toe and the ball of my foot. This has been causing more and more pain. I don't have the muscle control to force my foot into the correct orientation due to MS. In addition, I have flat feet.Finally, I found these orthotics and put them in my slippers. They support my foot and arch and with focused concentration of thought on my walking, I can get my foot to move properly. This has significantly reduced the pain in my foot and should guard against further injiury.This is a very high quality and well-designed orthotic. I highly recommend it.

I bought my first pair from the podiatrist and I wasn't really sure I needed them. I started using them in my exercise sneakers. I would transfer them to whichever pair I was wearing. One day I forgot and what a difference in how my feet felt after a strenuous hour of exercise. I was glad to find them on Amazon and purchased 2 pair. Now I have inserts for both pair of sneakers and an extra should I need them. They do not fit the entire shoe, I push them down to the heel and I don't even notice it's not a full insert. My feet feel so much better. They are very sturdy so they will hold up for quite a while. I highly recommend them.

I bought for a neuroma and found it very helpful. It fit in many of my shoes. It was determined that I had a tear of a ligament in my foot near my second toe and my Dr. told me to continue using this insert. Great product!

I left my $300 custom orthotics in Montana at our summer home. after a month or more without them my plantar fasciaitis returned. got online and found Emsold and within a few days of wearing these well made insoles my pain was gone. cant say enough about the quality and the service.
