Trueland H13 9008 LED Headlight Bulbs, 10000LM 70W 6000K Xenon White with Upgraded Canbus Decoder, High Low Beam Conversion Kit, IP68 Waterproof

This is a review of the "Trueland H13 9008" LED headlights for a 2016 Ford E450 Motorhome.I can't remember ever writing a review before, but these headlights deserve it!Am 77 years old and having trouble with night driving. These LED headlights solve that problem!They are literally "brilliant." Watched several "YouTube" videos on installation of headlights and completed installation of these in less than an hour. Am really, really impressed! This is a great product!

First, the Amazon "This Fits Your Vehicle" was not correct. The locking ring that twists into the headlight housing has 3 protrusions that line up with the three slots then it twists to lock into the housing, two that are beveled that lock the bulb in and one (bottom) that is flat. The flat one was too long to fit into the slot. After fighting to get the bulb to go fully in for a while, I compared it to the bulb I removed and noticed the flat was longer. I used my pocket knife to make it shorter and it immediately locked in. I modified the second bulb before trying to install (I used the ear on the lock ring and did not try to grab the fan to twist the bulb to lock) as soon as I had it in place the bulb fell out of the locking ring. I used 5 minute epoxy to re-secure the bulb and all went well from there.These were a replacement due to a previous set going on and off at random, not flickering, just going off and back on. Unfortunately, I saw one go out tonight and back on while I was driving. I only saw it once. I hope it is a fluke. These bulbs have the built in "Canbus Decoder" that is supposed to prevent this from happening. The daughter will be driving this car in Florida and I am in Ohio. I hope this issue does not happen again or back they go too.

Installed on a 2022 Jeep Renegade. Would not install in a vertical position, but still emitted a solid beam. So I’m happy with the performance of them. They did offer a 5 year warranty by scanning included QR code. I couldn’t activate the warranty as they wouldn’t recognize the Amazon order #. I emailed them over a week ago about it, but received no response. Makes me wonder if they would respond if there was an issue, or any kind of warranty issue at all…… buyer beware !!

Like title said they're good and bright but flicker still while off and truck is running that's my only issue with them 06 dodge Dakota 3.7..... but so far no radio intervene at all

These where hard to install and were not as bright as I was hoping so I return.

Update to my previous review, Yes easy to install Bright But its kind of spotty Bright spots, not evenly distributed light across the front of your vehicle. I adjusted both lights to spread out the light best as possible Bu I think since its LED, For the price Yes I hope they last a While I kept my old lights just case Over pretty happy

Nice quality product with easy install

Really good product. Needed resistors to work on my 2008 Dodge Caliber, you can also use decoders as they worked without any flickering . Had excellent customer service from this company.Would definitely buy this product again if I needed more light bulbs
