Q: Can I remove a military crimp with this or do I need to purchase more tools/accessories?

Yes, you can remove military crimps with the attachments that come with the unit. I highly recommend replacing the Lyman reamers and the primer pocket cleaner with the Hornady ones as they will fit this device. The Lyman's wore out after about 100 military crimps.

Q: How is the 115 volt different form the 110 volt?

It doesn't. Typical U.S. power is 110-120V.

Q: What does null mean in the size

I would think there's no small/medium/large designation to this product, so the size specification in itself is null.

That is usually on the outside time. Mine arrived in 2-3 weeks.
