I don't know. I just went and looked at the set which I've used very frequently since September 2020 and there's no mark on them to show origin. What I can tell you is: The quality's not bad at all. I've used mine extensively this last year and there's still plenty of life left in them. For wood working the rasps are brilliant as are the files. I've used the files for some metal work as well but not too a great degree. They seem fine. Regardless of where they're made, these tools are well worth the price. I'd buy another set without hesitation 'cept this lot will last for what I do for a year or three yet!

Q: are these good for professional use? Or just for DIY

I've had good frequent use out of my set across about 3 years but that'd be mostly on wood for my hobbyist activity. I've used on and off on mild steel and they've faired OK . Honestly though, I don't think they'd stand up to frequent heavy use in something like a fabricating workshop.
